OYO 22511 The Classic

I have been there approx 10 times but I never got chilled beer. Twice the beer was stale so we left for another place. Food tastes good. Ambience is good. Plays 90's songs. Staff is well mannered.

Food is really good and ambience is great too.. but for the brewmasters, you need to provide better service for females. There must be secured environment for us. I visited it thrice and first two times no problems were there. But third time when I visited it with my friends , we were told that this section is only for boys. But then I told them I have visited the place before. The staff was hesitant to let us sit there instead of making sure that we won't be troubled by anyone there. Just for this big enough reason I am giving one star less, else I would have given 5 stars

Meal is good but staff is worst from the point of hospitality and service. Staff in the family restaurant behave as if they are employed in a 2nd class dhaba. Once in a while is ok but I found their behavior irresponsible and annoying almost every time I visited there.

I loved this venue. We came here to attend a wedding. there were almost 200 people and hotel staff managed us really well. We were impressed with their service and politeness. staff was well dress and food was good too.

Best hotel and restaurant in Sangrur, Punjab as per food, service and accomodation. Got free parking facility and most of all ambience is very good! Staff is very well mannered and I faced no issues during the stay of a week. Thank you for making my holiday enjoyable...I will recommend it to everyone!!!

Really good place to hang out . If you are going for its bar then you should try it's fish . It will hit your taste buds . 5 out of 5 for food .

It's good but normally okay place. Rooms are good. Parking facility is good, Even waiter/ service person are polite & good. But Management needs to be improved more. Lack of good cooperation.
