OYO 41451 Hotel Arnotto

Hotel rooms are very congested and dirty, No Cleanliness in washroom, Dirty Bed Sheets with lot of stains given to guest. They are charging very high price but giving no service. I stayed here for one night but had very poor experience. I asked for Iron but they denied . They don't have an iron . I never suggest this hotel to anyone.

In a small town like Samrala it is giving good services on comparative basis and will not disappoint you much. Can be given a chance for improvement. Staff is polite though and furniture is also not bad.Food isn't that good. Pray that u don't get a room adjacent to a smoker's room coz its smell reaches to the corridor.

The first and foremost advice is not to book this hotel via Oyo. You can directly go the hotel and ask for booking only then they will allow you the booking. The prices of hotel are very nominal and staff is very cordial. Rooms are big and spacious with mini sofas. Washrooms are clean and have so much space. We asked them for iron and within next 10 minutes it was at our door. They have free parking space and their own kitchen so no need to go anywhere when you are hungry. This is the best hotel you can get in Samrala and is very near to bus stand.

I visited there's my girlfriend manager very stupid person not sense to talking customer and behave rude I think he was not educated

This hotel have good rooms and service. But in some room there is problem of hot water. Food was good.

Very poor service i reached to the hotel at 3 am and the receptionist said that come in the morning no need to come such late Worst experience

Best place nd loveable as they r giving all facilities at cheap cost which every person can afford....

This hotel is not under in oyo rooms froud staff and take much money to guest any facilities are not provided to the guests and the hotel location not found the map and contact number is not found the website plz share contact details and show the room price rates
