I had an exceptional breakfast experience at Wyndham Chandigarh Mohali, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Nishant, Nakul, Sumrita, Akash, and Sameer. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication made the meal truly memorable. Nishant and Nakul ensured every request was met with a smile, while Sumrita and Akash went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Sameer's impeccable service added a special touch to the delightful spread of delicious dishes. Highly recommend this hotel for their fantastic breakfast and stellar team!

Stayed here for a few days in Mohali. The service is great, the staff are attentive and look to your needs. Big thanks to the Restaurant manager with the spectacles. Also the ladies Sandle and Vandana were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful as well. Will come here again for my next trip. Their breakfast is delightful and delicious. I would recommend any of their omelets. The rooms could use some sound deadening as the place can get loud. I want to mention that during my last day of stay at checkout I was mistakenly charged for a food bill that was for a neighboring room number, I had to dispute this and they made we wait for 30-40 minutes. There was an unexpected food bill of Rs 29,000 that popped up out of nowhere and the hotel staff seemed adamant at first stating it belonged to me when I explained to them about some details and questioned further and asked to check again. At the end they apologized for the error on their behalf and agreed that the bill belonged to a room besides mine (probably a large group). How did this happen I wonder still, maybe I was a foreigner hence why I discovered this issue. So a word of caution to double check all of your bills before check out!

We had a PERFECT stay at this hotel! Everything from the rooms to the staff and amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal for us, being close to the airport made it easily accessible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stress-free stay. 5/5 stars.

I had an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience at this hotel. During my stay, the hotel staff falsely accused me of breaking the TV in the room, which was already damaged when we checked in. Despite explaining this to them, they insisted that I pay 25,000 for the damage, which I absolutely did not cause. To make matters worse, they refused to return my car keys until I paid the full amount, essentially holding me hostage. This behavior was not only unethical but felt like outright extortion. I felt harassed, threatened, and completely helpless in a situation that should have been handled with professionalism and fairness. No proper investigation was done. No proof was shown. Just intimidation and pressure to pay. I would strongly warn others to avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff lacks integrity, and the management seems complicit in these shameful tactics.

The hotel staff is amazingly friendly, providing services with a smile and always there for the guests. They always help with a cheerful attitude and ready to help. Paras is particularly friendly, soft-spoken, polite, and courteous. Food tastes so nice that we love to come back again and again.

Exceptional in every aspect. The location is ideal, situated on the outskirts of Mohali, just a few kilometers from Chandigarh, making it perfect for residents of both cities. The service is top-notch, with delicious food and a friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond. It's has a great restaurant with a well-stocked bar. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is truly excellent.

Do not stay in this hotel. If you do then don't use the lift or you will ne risking your life.||When I left to check out, while i was in the lift going down, the electricity suddenly went out and the lift shaked and shuddered and stopped in the middle and I was trapped in the lift. I thought I was going to die! ||How can this be a normal daily situation? The electricity in this 5 star hotel goes off once every few hours! I'm sure I could not be the first person this happenned to.||Even though i was trapped for "only" 5 minutes , how is that acceptable in any way for a 5 star hotel with an international brand name. If I had been a senior citizen or a child what could have happenned?||I am not blaming the staff, I am blaming the management. Why dont you put the lifts on a dedicated 24-7 generator? ||And what terrible customer service- after my ordeal what compensation did they offer me? Only a glass of water! I demanded to speak with the manager but he was "in a meeting"...||One day God forbid, someone will have a medical emergency or death because of this lift and you will all be thrown in jail for your negligence and incompetence.
