Treebo JD Residency - Hotel in Mohali

The Hotel is average in terms of providing review. The Hotel is too old and require renovation. Cleanliness is not there and require attention. Room service is slow. Quality of food is good upto some extent and not for everything. Tea is served in cups directly and there are no Teapots or Thermos to deliver Tea in rooms. The Hotel location is also not convenient and far it seems from Airport. Other nearby hotels can be looked upon before check-in. Cannot provide word of appreciation for services provided. Not upto mark Hotel and not good for family or long stay.

Hotel Room is good but staff and service very bad. We ask for slippers they said we have no slippers. And morning time break fasr service is very poor.

I had a very disappointing stay at JD Residency Hotel. The room was infested with mice, cockroaches, and bed bugs, making it extremely uncomfortable. The food was equally unappealing, and the service was unprofessional. If you want dinner, you need to order in the morning, and breakfast has to be booked a day in advance, which is highly inconvenient. The service was incredibly slow throughout the stay. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. There are definitely better options available in the same location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was good and also the location all in all its memorable stay. I would recommend all to visit here.
