Rooms are open, airy & beddings are clean. Room windows open to a nearby park which makes your mornings pleasant. Yes, Washrooms too are also neat and clean. Only thing that I didn't like was the INTERCHANGE CALL system that didn't work. One more thing that owner needs to work upon is the RECEPTIONIST who is not so welcoming. Smile is completely missing from her face. Otherwise Undoubtedly ZODIAC is one of the best budget hotels in city Mohali.

Very Bad Experience With Hotel Staff specially that lady very rude never seen before, Kindly do not send anyone to stay. Room was not cleaned, Charges Minimal water 47 ruppe and arrogant lady. Taken 100% Charges at the time of Check in and her staff told us madam will mail you bill but not given bills....

First of all the lady at reception is very rude & very unprofessional. She doesn't know how to deal with the guest. Asking where you came from what you will do here.. one thing I want to ask her when the guests have given you the I'd then what's the point of questioning them about from where they came & where they will go & what they are going to do in the hotel I have such a one word for her ridiculous she is. She doesn't know how to deal.. The second worst part was the room allocation She given smelly room & which wasn't clean washroom roof was broken the water drops were falling on body while using the washroom. I will not recommend this hotel only just because of their unprofessional behaviour and moreover there room cleaniness...

The worst experience ever. The receptionist is very rude and a misguide in many terms of the hotel check in. I recommend it to the owner please change the female manager or your hotel sales go down day by day. I recommend it to customers not to go to that hotel or restaurant.

It was pathetic stay at hotel zodiac... worst in each and every respect... service=0, Room service =0, Reception executives=0, I have visited around the 4 countries and even domestic too but this was my horrible experience... they even don't know what they have committed to their customers... the lady at reception has to go through some training how to run a hotel business... she doesn't even bother about her customers... condition of rooms is worst ... phones are not working even bed sheets are in dilapidated conditions, there is no towel, toilet paper and soaps in the bathroom ... you have to remind them for the same. They will not provide you water bottle... no kettle and tea pouches you will get... over all from top to bottom it's worst worst and worst...

Took extra money and fooled us. Very disappointed. When we went for checkout they guy at reception said you can stay till next day 12 as you checkin in the night . Then we went for checkout next day and the lady said its a miscommunication from Our side but still you have to pay extra for 1 day. Very bad way of communication with foreign guest. They Didn't even said sorry.

One word- "RUN" don't choose this hotel if you see the lady at the reception. Sheer arrogance and completely unprofessional and impolite staff. I along with my family members were looking for a cozy and comfortable place to crash for the night after a really long road trip, we came across this hotel as someone recommended me as they visited this hotel around 4 years back and their experience was exceptional. So the lady at the reception was acting as if she was doing some favour by giving us the room. We were denied a reservation because let me highlight this so called 2 star hotel's contribution to "DIGITAL INDIA" "We only accept cash or card" and that too the fares will be inflated if somehow you manage to pay via card. The interesting part here is that when we asked them to give 2+1 bedding with an extra mattress we were told this type of setup doesn't work here, to which we replied it's available on Agoda and MMT, which was also nullified. Just one humble suggestion to the management it might cost some additional dimes to train your staff some basic hospitality, but if that is done no other customer will feel humiliated and the hotel which was earlier exceptional will come back to its glory. Being a frequent corporate traveller, I'll make sure my nears and dears do not have to face these inhospitable conditions.

Worst Service. a) Washrooms were not clean. b) They charge you even for water bottles which is pathetic considering their room prices are not that low. c) I forgot my shirt in the room before checking out and upon contacting hotel, they said they didn't find any shirt. d) Receptionists could be more polite.
