The Zenith - A Boutique Hotel by Hot Millions

The name is absolutely true- "Zenith" (at the peak of) unprofessionalism and egotism. Some professional guidance in terms of event, F&B management will help refine the issues. I wish the establishment the very best. May you improve with time as you hire staff which is educated , experienced , qualified and courteous. The upper management and leadership are often the reason for downfall of many organizations. Introspection and humility is the key. All the best .

I would like to update the reviews that the hotel zenith by hot millions Mohali is one of great hotel and one of superb restaurants area with greenery and flowers garden. Also the front line staff and service is superb. I would like to highlight the person wise review that Mr Shahbaz is intelligent and passionate person. His service and coordination with communication is superb.

Harrowing experience,terribly ill mannered and so unwelcoming were the owners and managing staff.Wed gone as guests for a mehendi at 11.30am as per the timings on the invite. But was shocked and distressed to see the hosts running helter skelter pushing redundant heavy furniture strewn all around trying to bring some orderliness to the reception hall! So we pitched in arranging the hall for the guests who'd started arriving. As per planned by the hosts ,nothing was in place...the sitting or the decor. Still ,i believe,they had to pay hefty amount for thecallous and 'care a damn' attitude of the hotelier. Basic drinking water to us too got served only after 12pm! And a lady called Nupur, proprietress i believe,was very unapologetic about not delivering what had been decided upon at the time of booking the venue. If rudeness had a face! NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO ANYONE.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. The room is spacious and clean. Our stay at The Zenith Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The food was good and great value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean with amazing views.

The rooms were neat and clean. The food was delicious. The service was good. Behaviour of the staff was very rude. They behaved as if they were annoyed by the presence of a guest.

Worst service either in room or in the restaurant. They will fight over meager issues for provision of water in rooms. The service desk has no response ever. I think except for reasonable tasting food, all need a drastic improvement. No complaint redressal or lodging mechanism. Not recommended for families at all. Arrogant House keeping supervisor and poor services.

Very spacious rooms. The food is very good- must try the continental and Indian options. The property is very beautifully made. The location is also not very far away from Chandigarh. Every room has a balcony. There is ample of parking and they also organise events. The property has a big lawn.

Arrogant owners, very rude & curt. The GM is the most irresponsible person managing the property,pathetic staff. They do not keep up with commitment or adhering to timelines. They jointly ruined my Mehndi Lunch. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PLAN AN EVENT @ Zenith.
