The Mohali Heights

I have been staying at this hotel for the past two months for work, and while I initially thought it was a nice place, it has turned into a nightmare over the past week. Incident 1: One morning, around 6 AM, I was sleeping when I suddenly woke up to find the housekeeping staff entering my room using a master key. He asked me if I was checking out. Shocked and scared, I immediately questioned how he got in. He casually replied that he was asked to clean my room. I told him to leave immediately and went straight to the reception to complain. The staff apologized and assured me it was a mistake that wouldn't happen again. Incident 2: Today, when I returned from work, I was in my room, luckily changing in the washroom, when I suddenly heard the door open and close. Alarmed, I rushed outside and saw another housekeeping staff member. When I confronted him about opening my door, he nonchalantly admitted he was checking if the room had been cleaned. That was the last straw. I immediately raised a complaint again, refusing to let the matter slide this time. However, despite repeated apologies, no one seemed to grasp the seriousness of the situation, treating it as if it were just another minor issue. I even spoke to the hotel owner, who remained disturbingly calm about the whole thing. This made me suspect that such incidents might be a regular occurrence, possibly a way to harass women. I strongly advise against staying here. To them, this is nothing more than a joke, but for guests, it's a serious breach of safety and privacy.

I recently stayed with my wife at The Mohali Heights in Chandigarh which was approximately 15-20 mins drive from the airport. Likes: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and well-appointed, offering comfortable bed. The hotel's amenities, staff behavior was all good. Dislikes: The room was a bit compact making little boring but since our stay was only for a night, i would recommend passengers to stay if they are going to stay in this hotel for 1-2 days. Overall i would give a rating of 4/5 due to location, excellent hospitality, cleanliness and amenities provided.

The cleanliness of the toilets was a disaster. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom. In addition, the attitude and the service of the staff was terrible for a 3 star hotel.

Rooms are good...clean, hygienic n safe place....staff are cooperative n humble...!!! Recommended for stay...!!!

I never see such type of unprofessionalism in hotel industry. Reception is so bad and even food quality is not worth to pay. Hope they will improve it in future but right now this hotel is going existing crisis. Good luck stayers.

Great experience at Mohali Heights. Ambience was good and staff was even better special mention of Anku Chef, he cooked delicious food for us and staff served it with big smile. Keep up the good work Anku Chef.

Nice Facility when last time we were there.. There was a Chef Called himself Sundeep Urff Anku is good in their ability. Nice Staff
