The Eminence Hotel

The hotel is in a very good location, food in the hotel is not up to standard. Rooms are spacious but denting painting is done on many walls and in few rooms as well which shows the hotel building is very old. Windows are big and a lot of sunlight fills the room during the day. Most important is that you should check if geyser and AC in the rooms are working or not as my experience of 2nd time stay in the hotel was bad.

One of the worst hotels I visited. I stayed at this hotel with my family, but the bed sheets and quilts were unclean, with lots of hairs on them. They didn't change the bed sheets and quilts for other guests. I think the hotel manager should focus more on hygiene.

Hotel is situated in walking distance from Max Hospital Mohali.Staff was very cooperative and manager rupinder singh is also very co-operative helped me in every possible way and services are also very good.

Nice stay ..well staff service.

After waiting for 45 mins, 3 room service calls and 2 waiter visits all I got instead of salt and pepper was a mixture of rice, salt and pepper. When asked the waiter, the answer was mind blowing. He answered that while cleaning the jars staff mixed salt and pepper together and the best part is that happened 15 days ago and no one bothered to rectify the mistake, quite astonishing.

Great service especially very helpful staff at the reception. Clean rooms.
