TDI Club Retreat, Sector 110

Service is very poor. Reception persons are very irritating, generates wrong dated bills, and argues that it is generated as per your request. Printed very poor quality bill and argued that it was as same as for our other guests, said you are not special. Stayed here for 2 days but very disappointed with services at TDI club retreat.

I had one of the most awful stays at the property. Firstly it's on the other end of the planet and takes forever to reach there.. if you are travelling at night and not familiar with Mohali, you may feel frightened reaching the place. Secondly, they have very bad service, they do not provide regular water but buy water every single time. The breakfast was included except parathas there was a sandwich which wasn't of good quality, no juice no fruits nothing at all. I was the only person in the hotel and it doesn't feel right to be all alone in this hotel. Overall I do not recommend this place to any traveller, do not visit this place. Overall it was one of the worst decision to stay at this hotel. The rooms are so big and they have one AC that takes forever to cool the room.

Staff doesn't know how to talk to customer. Customer service is bad. Will never recommended to anyone. My first & last visit here. Condition of cutlery, broken & cracked.

If they are charging 7k-12k for membership, the club should be open 24 hours, including gym swimming pool, gaming room. I think it is totally waste of money to pay for membership, I also asked the for gym at night, but they denied for using gym.

Its in residential, if you are looking for a decent place to stay, its nice choice

Total wastage of money... It's a community centre for residents, it's not a club... TDI is a big fraud.

Behaviour of staff is not good, totally wastage of money. I suggest all the people to do not go tdi club.

This is a great place to party' with friends and family and the staff very friendly
