Very very bad service. Platform ticket leke waiting room me rah lo wo accha h isse. Bhut hi bad staff and dirty rooms.

Rooms look like dharmshala. I don't know how it's Three star hotel. Their language is too bad. I won't even think to visit such hotel again. Washroom is too dirty. They don't even have personal parking. I parked my car in public space

Unprofessional staff Manager was too rude He don't know how to speak with guest Rooms were too dirty Even they not giving Wi-Fi password Worst hotel ever

The hotel is in a good location, very easy to reach the hotel . The staff are very helpful and supportive. TV and AC kept are very old, sometimes TV doesn't work and we have to call the staff only. AC makes more sound and the room will be very noisy. No mats/carpet in the room. Forget other things, even water is not provided complimentary here.

Hospitality could be way better than what i had experienced. Room which was offered to us wasn't well equipped. Mini fridge wasn't working. Room wasn't properly cleaned however they cleaned within minutes after complain. If we consider the price at which we got the room it was ok ok stay.

Pathatic customer service. Rude staff. One of the worest hotel ever visit. Rooms bad. Change 5Rooms In 2Days coz of issues in room Ac not working TV not working Leakage in wash room.. Worest food. Don't ever want to come back in such a hotel. . Did not rate such hotel not eligible for single star

It was the worst experience. I have traveled nearly all over in north India but this was the worst. I have asked them for a tea we got tea (boiled water) ended with lots of sugar at the bottom undisolved. I will never suggest this to anybody. It's completely wast of money . We got two mineral water in room with open lock seal. In morning we even don get a good breakfast. Unprofessional staff. It just a big disappointment. Its just like bus stand hotels but in good locality.

I stayed there for two night alone in this hotel. the location of this hotel is good as in center of the market near to PCA stadium and Fortis hospital. As per price of hotel, the room is good. you cant expect more in that price as its budget hotel.||||Room is neat and clean but needs renovation as there was old AC, one old ceiling fan, broken light. But still good enough to sleep over there as all things are in working condition. Hotel staff is friendly, even Breakfast was also good, as they provide both English and Indian Breakfast||||If you really want good rooms than go for higher category. i have seen those are really good.
