OYO 11377 Hotel Kings residency

I directly walked-in for booking. Prices were to hight compared to other hotels. Staff was rude. They were busy watching TV while we were talking to them. When we asked for complimentary water and breakfast the staff was so rude, he straight away said nothing is complimentary here. Guys seriously after charging this much you can't even give a bottle of water.

Stayed for one day during official visit. Didn't understand why they are charging high. Very essential service , like phone was not working in the room. Bathrooms were stinking , no facility of providing mineral water , even after you are ready to pay for it !||||Room size was good, AC was working fine. Good 36+ inch LED TV was provided in the room. ||Owners need to look into above issues, so that they can make it an attractive hotel, being in a primary location .

The staff was helpful and the rooms were spotless. The facilities also were perfect. its a bit difficult to spot from the market as it is located in a corner but one can easily stumble upon it from the main road. They were also flexible about the check in and check out timings due to which I liked this a hotel a lot. Didnt check the food prices but overall was a good value for money

Hotel was not clean and there was water problem in the hotel. Bathroom are not equipped with showers. They provide towels which are old and not clean. You find mosquitoes in room once it is dark. No security provided as anyone can come directly inside the hotel and knock anyone door. You don't find security guard, no manager and people working in hotel have no manners as how to speak to people coming to stay there. I would give a big no if you planning to stay in this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days as we had some work in the town. In 10 days we shifted our rooms like 5 times because there rooms are not fully functional. If fan is working then AC is not working if both are working then geaser not working. Moreover staff told us to adjust. We booked through OYO, at least they helped us at 5 clock in the morning as there was no electricity in our room (n they had electricity in rest of the hotel) by finding new hotel with was actually good. They don't have kitchen. Will never recommend this hotel for ladies and families.

I happened to visit Mohali to attend friends wedding and had booked this hotel through Make my trip. It was a horrible experience the toilets were broken poor rooms and bad service. The ventilation too is bad, the sheets are soiled and dirty. Service is very very poor and Best part was that I was not permitted to take my keys along with me when I had to leave room to attend wedding.

One of the worst hotel you will find in Mohali. Rude staff, charging extra for everything. Not clean, bad ambiance, and unclean washrooms Never visit this hotel.

It is located on the main road which makes it easily accessible. we stayed there for two days as we were on a official tour in the Industrial area mohali and this hotel is just 1km away. The rooms are good and spacious. Service is also good. So in total it is a fine place to stay in Mohali.
