We recently hosted a party on the rooftop of Hotel Shanti Sagar in TDI City, Mohali, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The venue was beautifully set up, with a breathtaking rooftop view that added charm to the celebration. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail, ensuring our guests were comfortable throughout the event. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that everyone loved. The ambiance, combined with the impeccable service and fantastic facilities, made our party a memorable one. A big thank you to the management for making our event so special. Highly recommend Hotel Shanti Sagar for anyone planning a celebration or party!

I recently organized our corporate annual party at Hotel Shanti Sagar, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The services provided were pathetic, and the overall experience was far from what I expected. The photographer was not professional at all, which resulted in poor quality pictures. The food was served cold, making it less enjoyable for our guests. Overall, the service was subpar, and it felt like they weren't equipped to handle corporate events. I would not recommend Hotel Shanti Sagar for hosting corporate events. We had an unpleasant experience, and it didn't meet our expectations in any way.

I recently hosted my son's first birthday party at Hotel Shant Sagar, located on Airport Road, and it was an excellent experience! The venue was perfect for a gathering of around 100 people. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was well-organized. The food was the highlight of the event--everything was delicious, and our guests loved the variety of dishes. I especially enjoyed the Kadhai Paneer, which was full of rich flavors and perfectly cooked. The snacks and other dishes were also well-prepared, making the dining experience very enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Shant Sagar is a great choice for family events and celebrations. I highly recommend it for those looking for good food, a spacious venue, and a smooth event experience!

We recently had our office party at Hotel Shanti Sagar, but our experience with the place was very bad. The food they served was cold, and even some food items were not properly cooked, leaving many of our colleagues frustrated. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and attention at Hotel Shanti Sagar.

Order of food was accepted and they not only failed to supply but did not attended calls which were put on hold for several minutes until I disconnected. The staff employed appears to be illiterate. Refund though initiated has not been reviewed. They spoiled our birthday party on 8th April.

3rd class hotel with zero management. The manager named RS Rawat does not even know how to deal in a hospitality business. I strictly won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Its a waste of time and money to deal with this hotel staff. A big ZERO for their poor service.
