Hotel Mohali Residency

This place is an absolute disgrace. It shouldn't even be called a hotel--it's more like a rotting storage unit with broken beds and clueless people running it. No working locks, missing keys, filthy rooms, and everything falling apart. They moved us multiple times like we were the issue, but every room was worse than the last. It felt more like a punishment than a stay. And for this trash, they have audacity to charge 1600 1700 ? This dump isn't even worth 2 rupees . It's an overpriced, unhygienic mess run by people with zero professionalism or shame. DO NOT go here. This place is a scam, plain and simple.

Rooms are good but reception staff are not good like behaviour ,attitude ,harassment with us too much rudly behaviour with us service are not good i m not satisfied in hotel

This dump used to be my go-to, but now it's an absolute disaster. The owners have leased it out and clearly stopped caring. Broken doors, no locks or keys, filthy beds, AC that's just for show, and not a single person around to help. Feels more like an abandoned junkyard than a hotel. They've got the audacity to charge 1500-1700 for rooms that aren't even worth 300. Honestly, even 500 feels like charity for the condition they're in. Save your money and your sanity there are far better places nearby that won't make you feel like you're surviving a horror movie

An awesome stay with mohali residency, there warm hospitality felt us that we are at our home....thanks all staff, specially Mr. Negi who give us home feelings

Worst stay.... Visited at 4:30 morning....given the room where AC pipe was leaking and water spillage all over the room, changed the room on reaching out and now given room's AC was not working at all. They didn't have drinking water apart from water bottles that got iced in the refrigerator. Totally worst experience and they don't bother about anything.

I'm very happy and satisfied for this pay the ammount for this hotel. Because they treat me like family member.We can't thank the hotel employees enough for their kindness. The personnel went over and beyond their job requirements in assisting us on our first trip to the city. They were eager to assist us and answer our inquiries
