No cab service around, no room service even before the checkin, rooms full of dust as soon as you switch on the fan. If you don't have any lung condition, you will definitely leave with one. If you have some lung condition, you won't leave the room at all.

Very late check in.....they made me wait for 2 hours, and also demand for extra money. when complained to Oyo customer service, they denied to help in anyway. Worst experience with OYO . NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Hi stay there with my four friend ..is a my first trip at udaipur.the hotel location is good easily find and also in heart of udaipur...the hotel reception staff is nice man..and very helpful..we also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant..... Good travel desk good location Room Are Nice i nver forgot this trip Date of stay: November 2022

Dirty bathroom, electric current coming in geyser Tape.Wash basin exit line chowked. AC not working properly

ac was bad , tv & wifi was not working . staff was pathetic. Also they didnt take payment through Oyo app rather they took on directly stating that payment comes through app is not benefitting them . Also didn't get extra mattress for 3rd person they was asking extra money P.S. never had such bad experience in my entire life anywhere

Such a worse hotel i ever experienced. They don't care about us. On first they took extra money from us, as a security. Then their landline phone was not working, I went 5-10 times to reception for water. Even when i asked for another blanket they refused me and said that they don't have blankets. It was such a freezing cold in the room. Even in the morning at the time of checking out they asked me to open Oyo app and he was saying that to check out Oyo app is necessary. So we opened it, and he took my phone and gave full review to his hotel. When i asked him about this then he started arguing with us. And even he didn't gave us our security money back. It was 500. Such a horrible moment i experienced.

I booked my room through OYO, and also mentioned that I want early check-in, and the OYO executive has also added my request to early check-in and also he said that you can early check-in with the hotel... When I reach the hotel the next morning then I said to the Receptionist that I have booked the room with early check-in, and he replied that check-in timing is 12pm and check-out timing is 11am, Not hotel accepts early check-in and OYO didn't' confirm from him to booking the room and early check-in, he said they will automatically book a room with permissions and he rejected me to give me room and said you can cancel this booking and take room directly by paying me at the moment (I need a room asap, that's why I pay him directly and canceled my Oyo booking and he charged higher than the Oyo booked room, also he charged me for breakfast too and again charges are higher) and maybe I will complain to higher authorities asap rooms, washrooms are also not good this is disgusting I recommend you to look for another Hotel than HC Residency

A Nightmare after staying in this hotel - I have booked this hotel in may 2022 I book through oyo then I reached to the hotel and they told me that you have to pay more as they won't accept payment if paid by prepaid then I reached hotel and he shown me a non AC room but I have book the AC room in the oyo app they even talk to the representative but talk rudely and cut the call with6 listining ,then they ask me to pay more at 10:00 p.m. in night to stain AC room I pay 300 rupees more then show me the Non- room and the services pathetic and very poor the AC is not working properly neither the Wi-Fi has any networks and by the time of midnight I saw someone knocking my door unnecessarily, even the washrooms are two tiny that you cannot even fit in the washroom with your arms open and by the time for check out he told me to give the ratings on the oyo app , i denied, then he spoke very rudely and denied to give me the bill of the payment which I have paid extra and said "RATINGS NAHI KARNI TO AB LELO BILL JHA SW MILTA HAI"then he stop me and call me that he have to check the room first then only he will let me go I have suffered a lot in that hotel please think 1000 timeS before booking, DO NOT GO FOR THE OFFERS THEY DON'T LISTEN ANYTHING TO OYO.
