Best Western Plus Chandigarh Mohali

Seems to be a relatively new hotel in Mohali. The rooms are good and well appointed.|The Spa, so called swimming pool and the bar are all on the top floor. The bar always has a deserted look probably because they have hardly anything to offer.|The buffet breakfast is quite nice (although it could be better) and the food just okayish. For what they offer in a buffet dinner, it feels over-priced. But surely you could come here for a comfortable stay if you are a Business traveller.|The crew needs lots of polishing, seems they have just come out of college. And the restaurant staff needs to be more attentive towards guests rather than looking into oblivion.

Isha was really nice throughout the stay. Very professional. Thanks for everything. Food was really good but only thing is we stayed here over a month period but they always say no to tawa roti i don't understand why and one time they give tawa roti after so much convincing and then they denied to apply butter on it we offered we can pay the charges but they just denied. Need more professionalism on food and beverage side. Rest everything was just perfect. Thats why I gave 4 star.

I got great service by Abhishek in the restaurant Skyline but equally appalling service by Sr. Captain Vikas Sharma in the restaurant Cafe Plus when I came for breakfast. The plates were dirty. He refused to acknowledge that. The ketchup bottle was dirty and his answer was in Best Western this is acceptable. He told me no managers were available in the restaurant. Mr. Sanjeev the F&B manager also comes late so only he was responsible. Vikas told me he previously worked at Taj and Oberoi and this standard of cleanliness is acceptable in Best Western where ketchup bottles were dirty. I wanted toasted bread. I did not get it at all that day.

Recently stayed with best western plus mohali for one night stay and my experience here had been great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The morning staff was so helpful and catered to my food need without even asking for them. One should definitely visit again this property for an amazing stay. Thanks a lot for manager and morning staff. Service was beyond excellent. They gave us a 5 star service at table. They were very humble and polite. I really appreciated it. We would like to thank them and wish them all the best.

It's my first time stay in next western plus hotel in Mohali location . I enjoyed all the services . Specially complimentary breakfast which is really delicious . Hotel staff is very friendly. I was so comfortable here . MR Manish took care of all the things around dining area . I would love to stay here in again . If it was not my eye surgery today I would love to stay more here .

Highly recommend. We had our wedding reception in the imperial hall. The management is really great. We had great time dealing with management staff of Navjot Ma'am, Sonia Ma'am, Sanjeev Sir. Every one is very cordial and the food at the event was just as per our discussions.

If you are planning a function like Birthday party,Sangeet,Wedding Party...this is a great place to go with.The Banquet is very spacious with the accommodation of 200 people.Also the decoration,food and services were awesome.Sonia Mam and Navjot really helped me with every query with the great solution. I strongly recommend this beautiful place to go with for ur any occasion.

Very impressive. Vishal from guest services was brilliant. The hotel was absolutely amazing. Very impressed with everything - cleanliness, amenities, service. Definitely worth the price. Very fair. Would definitely return. Only suggestion for improvements would be better wifi system as had some problems connect.
