The service is too bad, the rooms look good but they don't work good , the food is not tasty , and the worst part is the manager , he not at all supportive and adjusting , he is not willing to do anything. Overall way to bad service

I paid 6,500 for a room with a jacuzzi, but it turned out to be non-functional-- just a bathtub being advertised as a jacuzzi, which was quite disappointing. That said, the service and hospitality from the staff were exceptional--very professional and courteous. The food was good, and the room was clean.

Super Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good Ambience at Tipsy Bar and decent food with good service. Breakfast at restaurant was fairly good. Special thanks to Bhuvneshwar for good service.

Amazing rooms with contemporary and clean aesthetic. The food is great both in terms of flavours and quantity. Mr. Raghuveer served us for dinner today, and service was immaculate. The staff went out of the way to accommodate the kids and family.

There was a great reception attending at the hotel, Mr. Virender was very helpful he care all the facilities including food rest room. Ac room was also very fine. I will recommend to every person to visit once at the hotel. Really enjoyed.

Red Flags at ACR Luxury Hotel Our experience with ACR Luxury Hotel was disappointing. We wanted to book 24 rooms for a wedding function for 2 days, and the owner initially quoted us 2,800 + GST per room. However, when we tried to book 2 days later, he backed out, citing a prior booking for his partner's daughter's wedding. The next day, the quote changed to 3,300 + GST, with the owner claiming his partners didn't want to stick to the initial amount due to a 10 crore investment in the hotel. When we decided to book the next day, he said he could only provide 16 rooms. This lack of commitment and constant changing of terms raised serious concerns. We decided not to take the risk, and the next day, he sent another message offering rooms at 3,500 + GST. We had a wonderful experience at ACR Luxury Hotel, we organised my grandfather's 75th birthday here and it was a beautiful interior with very courteous staff who catered to all our needs. Any bags lost or any special requests, they all helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend this for holding events or just a general visit.

The environment and staff behaviour is really too good and I will recommend to people to visit here once. rooms are so comfortable and service is so fast.
