The hotel facilities were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the [pool/spa/fitness center/restaurant], which was always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. One of the highlights of my stay was the attention to detail from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering recommendations for local attractions and even helping me with directions when I needed them.

Decent hotel with great staff. Deluxe rooms are too small, not worth the price. Got upgraded to luxury sweet upon request. Paid parking is the biggest downside. Breakfast food options are decent, more options can be included.

Definitely not what you need. As per my experience. I've selected most premiums (luxury) room with kitchen. Pro's- 1. Nice location 2. Nice View 3. Breakfast has good variety. Taste is far better then the food which we received in our room for dinner. Cons- 1. No sperate Visitors Parking 2. Kitchen is there but you've to bring your own stove/induction to cook. And utensils too. 3. Kitchen is there but you can't bring food from outside or cook. 4. Room door doesn't have peephole. 5. Cable (dish) connection not working. - can be resolved. 6. Washroom taps are loose, and doesn't have hot water. 7. Food Menu is very Limited and tasteless (we tried 2-3 dishes and didn't like it). Breakfast was good. 8. Poor room service. Delayed (I guess this is due to floors, restaurant at level 6 and rooms at level 9) 9. Kitchen also doesn't have hot tap.

Stayed at the property on 1st march with my wife. Made the booking from bookingdotcom. Worst property I ever stayed in. We arrived early so as per policy we had to wait for check in, which is totally acceptable. I had to use the washroom and since we were waiting in the lobby, I went to use common toilet in the lobby. To my surprise, the washroom was smelling like it had not been cleaned for days. Ignored it and went to use the washroom that was on their restaurant floor. But this time, the washroom was locked forget about cleaning. This is the kind of hotel, where common washrooms are either locked or not cleaned. Staff did not have any answer to why it was like that and they couldn't resolve it either. The toilet here is the corridor from where you had to pass to go to the room. After we came back in the evening, by that time, the corridor itself had started smelling once you pass from there. Pathetic hotel to stay. Rooms were not cleaned either. Had paid for the breakfast but avoided it thinking, if they can't keep their hotel clean, not taking a risk with my stomach. Avoid going here. Much better hotels you can find across the city

Never book this property.Worst ever Hotel I have ever stayed in. This is not worth even a oyo like Rs 1000. I have paid 5200 for this. No service. Checked in took half n hour. And this is 1 am night and my room is still not ready. The receptionist asked me to wait and it's been more than 30min mid night I am waiting for my room to be clean. Don't book this property.

Main things is no car parking even if you book super deluxe room and pay huge amount. I paid 200 per night for car parking. Room service, not satisfactory, ask water they take 30 miles No kit in the room, dental, etc. Avoid booking if you are coming by car Deluxe room are smaller and you need to be very careful while moving in the room and going wash room. There is hardly space between TV and bed. I really don't recommend this hotel for good reasons except view from 9th floor.

Booked this as a stopover hotel just to spend the night and continue my travel. Good budget stay, rooms have open balconies, quite clean, nothing too fancy or too disappointing. Breakfast spread was good. Staff is friendly at the reception, khushboo at the breakfast service was really sweet.

They don't allow Zomato orders, literally asking to buy food from their restaurant - pathetic customer service. Tiny rooms with lots of insects. Further their rooms are on 9th floor and restaurant is on 6th floor! There is a long walk from reception to most rooms. Not worth the price.
