OYO 61751 Hotel Jashan

i'm very fortunate about your night staff Ankush and Rahul. they are not talk nicely to us. his talk like we are his worker like wo ladki oye ldake this is not professionalism. my first expectation like a hell. his attitude is so badly to us. please do some training how to treat gusts.

Even though we had a valid booking number, a confirmation number and their system showed our booking + remote check-in, they DID NOT allow us saying all rooms are full. Pathetic service. It is 1:40 midnight and we are being asked to look for another property.

Hotel is good. Neat and clean but they are not working like professional. I had booked room via oyo app and they cancelled my booking after checkout. I was in business trip so they dont send me tax invoice. This is not the way you treating your customer

I have booked this hotel from Oyo on 17th July 2020. look what happened next, they have allocated us room near to a person whose Covid-19 results were yet to come and was quarantined . When we enquired a bit then we came to know he is not alone who is quarantined in this hotel, there are few others as well. and worst part was that quarantined person was wandering every where in the common areas. When we complaint about this at hotel reception, no one replied anything. We checked out immediately but forced to sleep in our car. So if u want to play with your health, go and book this hotel

Worst experience..we had booking over there. There wz no one at receiption or any whre. We calld again n agin..no.one came.. we went on frst floor, also there wz no one.. in short neither they pick call nor there were anyone dere on so called hotel.. after dt we went to another hotel..

i had an awesome stay. the hotel is clean and new. the staff are very helpful, and the room service splendid! congratulations to administrator, and all OYO team.

Very poor service...at reception no one there..room key they kept with themself on wall of room fungus was grown..dont come to this hotel

The first hotel I stayed in my life . So professionalism, no humanity.At the time of checkout no one was there . I want my refund .
