Hotel Northwind

The hotel is situated in a highly congested area, with its entrance located directly beneath a flyover. The parking space is extremely limited, accommodating only about four full-sized vehicles. Don't expect your car to stay clean either -- dust, dirt, and debris constantly fall from the flyover above. My SUV was spotless when I parked it, but by the next morning, it looked like it had been through a desert off-road trip. The receptionist on the first day was professional and to the point. However, the staff member at the desk the next day came off as quite arrogant. There was no greeting, just a silent handover of the room service bill. I was also told that including breakfast with the room only entitled us to a parantha or a grilled sandwich -- which, frankly, tasted terrible. Oddly enough, the next morning, I was allowed to order a full breakfast. It made no sense to restrict breakfast options if they could be ordered anyway. The grilled sandwich didn't even have proper cheese -- just chopped green chilies and an unappetizing cheese spread. On the first night, I ordered chili chicken, vegetable biryani (basically a pulao), and egg fried rice -- only because I was told those were the only available options. While my father was okay with the biryani, the other dishes were incredibly disappointing. The egg fried rice had a foul smell, and the chili chicken was undercooked with the skin still on the meat -- one of the worst versions I've ever had. To make things worse, by the end of the first day, there was no running water in the washroom. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, no one responded. It was frustrating and unacceptable. I requested a basic egg sandwich (two eggs, two slices of bread), but I was given extra sandwiches without asking -- and charged for them. We only stayed here because it was close to our workplace, but I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The room reeked of cigarette smoke upon arrival, the WiFi was painfully slow and couldn't even handle YouTube streaming, and the TV didn't work at all. Clearly, this is not a hotel suited for families or for anyone with even modest expectations. I honestly feel bad for the owner to have hired people who don't maintain this building. It could easily be a really good Hotel if it's well taken care off.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Northwind. The check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the breakfast options were delicious. Its location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience--I would definitely recommend it!

Most recommended hotel near kharar bus stand services are too good, staff are cooperative and this is definitely safe for Girls/females if they are searching for staying alone.

I just want to mention these people are fraud people they don't have any services, but charging like 3/5/7 star hotels, broken toilets, they don't give anything until you don't wait hrs , be aware of them

My two-day stay at Hotel North Wind was exceptional. The service was impeccable, the rooms were comfortable, and the dining options were superb. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and spa, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I would highly recommend Hotel North Wind to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Rooms are very good, very hygienic food and ample space for parking, overall very good experience
