TDI Club Retreat Hotel

I recently stayed at the TDI Club Retreat sector 74 Mohali and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite confirming my check-in time, my room was not ready upon arrival. Instead, the entire staff was preoccupied with a staff members's birthday celebration. While I understand and appreciate celebrating, the lack of professionalism was glaring. I was forced to wait a full hour for my room to be cleaned, which was unacceptable. Furthermore, I had specifically requested a balcony room during booking, but this request was completely ignored. When I inquired, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. To add insult to injury, the in-room snacks were exorbitantly overpriced. Snacks that should have cost around 500-600 (4 cold drinks+ red bull+ digestive biscuit and nuts (worth Rs. 150) & chocolate) were charged at a ridiculous 1580. This blatant overcharging felt like a complete rip-off. The room itself offered no additional facilities or amenities to justify the high price. Even the basic cutlery provided was not clean, which is a significant hygiene concern. Overall, the TDI Club Retreat failed to meet even basic standards of customer service and cleanliness. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here, as my experience was thoroughly disappointing and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

A Perfect place to enjoy with your friends and family. The place got an amazing swimming pool, a billiards room, a badminton court and many more. They offer rooms and family suites to stay which are really very perfect I loved that.

I stayed there yesterday, and it was a terrible experience. I'd rate them zero for both customer service and food. Only stay here if you're looking for disappointment. There are plenty of better hotels, so it's worth taking the time to choose wisely rather than settling for this bullshit

Very bad service, expire things in room fridge.. no soap ,no shampoo in bathroom containers...drainage not working in bathroom....no toilet paper....overall 1out of 10....Don't recommend....

Hotel ambiance is good compared to its competitors. Only draw back is you face tough time to book cabs from the location which could even take hours. During rainy season, it is hard to access the venue from highway as further inside by 1 to 1.5km.

The rooms are nice. The staff needs to be more attentive to customer service. I had booked a room and on the day of check out, which is at 12:00PM, I asked around 11:00AM if I could check out at 01:00PM. However, they refused by citing their hotel policy. I again made a request, but it was also declined. Feeling miffed, at 11:15AM, I packed my bags and asked them to settle the bill. After that, I received a call saying I could stay until 01:00PM. What was all that drama about then? I declined and left. This was a negative experience for me. I have never had such an experience with any other hotel.
