OYO 78868 West Inn 2

Useless fake phone no provided in the website. i was scammed and i lost Rs. 244 and i was forced to stay ay cheap class hotel. i lost the booking amount. Please check your phone no provided in google for WEST INN 2 Goes to google and they asked me to make advance payment of Rs.244 and confirmed my room is booked. when checking with the hotel directly, the hotel denied the booking. Later I got a call from OYO rooms that my booking is done in a cheap hotel rather than the no provided in hotel in google. Please do not fool and mislead people. They trust google and oyoroom mislead us by giving fake nos. I prefer to loose my money rather than fighting and spoiling my time on fake phone calls. @Oyoroom.. Please give me your no if you want more details and I will provide you a detailed answer over call.

Worst hotel in area. No service have to carry our luggage on own. Rooms very small. Staffs keeps talking whole night disturbing guests who take room near reception.

Had to take the luggage to the second floor on our own. No lift. No boy to do it in the later part of the day. Seepage in rooms.

We had a stay of 4 days and it was amazing. The hotel room was clean and comfy with great servicing. They've their own kitchen so no worries for the meals. It's a perfect place to stay if you visit Kharar. Everything is available near the hotel, close to Chandigarh University. The reception staff was very nice and sweet. I thank Jagjit Sir specifically as he was really nice to us during our stay. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

It was a very nice hotel. Good and safe place to stay whenever u visit in nearby areas. Staff behaviour was very good too and it was overall a good experience over there.

Dear, West Inn 2, sign board should be at place where flyover just starts to indicate for U turn ahead. Specially when your hotel just starts in narrow staircase of the complex in this highway. Secondly no welcome gestures of mineral water or water jug, toilet soap, towel in room, even water glass was not available. I have to ask for water and glass. TV remote was not available, may be suspicious of getting lost or theft. Staff clueless of TV remote. Overall it was clean and satisfactory.

Hotel is amazing but the hotel manager is not that much known about hotel Industry. He Always lay down at bed during his shift .if someone call him for room service he never great . He is talking like he is injoying a stay there like a guest.Even he put extra charges for guest amenities while i am checking out from there. Yeah but another service guys like rahul is amazing. Even i think rahul is more Known to run that place. He knows the needs of the guest and know to Tackel each and every Situation like a hotelier guy.
