Almost on highway. Food quality was good. All Himachal Volvo took break for dinner during Himachal to Delhi journey.

Nice place on chandigarh-Manali Highway near ropar. FOOD quality is great.

There is no possibility of rating the service as zero star otherwise I will be doing the same The service they were providing was so poor I have booked 6 rooms they have provided me 5 at the very last moment Even After requesting them, there was no response from them Waiters were asking for tips from each person in the party while our guest were eating. They just wind up everything so frequently after any food even after requesting they won't wait And there was a person in their management who told me ki je tusi Aaj late night tk kitchen ch cook nu wait krwaunge tn kl breakfast late krdena aapa This was the threat given to me for my wedding day Overall poor experience Won't recommend to u for any celebration

Expensive Food with Average taste , Don't know why Himachal Govt alloted this Hotel for Bus Halt , Traveling in Palampur Delhi Volvo and bus halted here for food break seriously Food was Not as per price , And washroom was full of bad Odour,, request to SM team Enhance food quality and quantity as per rates because rates are high and people will definitely expect better with your prices,, this is my personal opinion only..

Our experience was pathetic. 1. We booked our room through goibibo. When we reached the hotel, the manager and hotel staff seemed unaware about our booking. 2. The room was dirty. The bedsheet and pillow covers were not clean at all. 3. Several amenities mentioned on the website were not available in the room. No towels or toiletries were given to us. There was no closet or cupboard in the room. The TV was not working. We asked for the wifi password from the hotel staff but we were not provided the wifi password. 3. The blanket provided was super dirty and very old. The room had a very bad smell in it. 4. Important: we booked the room for 3 people and as per our deal we were supposed to get the complimentary breakfast. The manager refused to provide us the breakfast and said it is not part of our package. When we showed him the details on Goibibo booking page then he said ok I will give breakfast for one person only. Regarding breakfast, the way the hotel manager treated us was a very bad experience. Goibibo should avoid listing such bad hotels on their page. It was an awful experience for us. We trusted goibibo and were hugely disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff is nice and friendly, food is good. Location is on the manali highway - not exactly in the city. Staff helped me with arranging cab and shared feedback of places i could visit. I had food from their in house restaurant for all meals - and liked Cheese Chilli and Grilled Sandwich. Special mention for Mr Rajesh, the manager who made sure i was comfortable. would stay there if i am visiting Ropar again.

I recently visit this hotel In the evening, there is a Sardar ji type manager at the reception, he did not have the sense to talk to us, we wanted to take a room, he started tolerating us

Really a good resort to stay and restraunt is also good... Food is really delicious here.... One night stay will cost u approximately 1600 rs .... Ac rooms available well equipped restrooms are clean... And staff is very friendly and good... Overall a very nice experience.... Its located on highway near bhata sahib gurdwara 3 4 kms away....
