Restaurant with quick service, tasty treats and spacious tables. Staff is friendly, caring and very supportive. They keep the glasses chilled for use and have tower and pitchers as options for brews. The snacks are cost effective in portions, tasty and freshly prepared.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Park Regency, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. From the moment I entered the room, it became apparent that this was not going to be the luxurious stay I had anticipated. The room itself was a disaster. The bed looked as if it had been hastily made, with crumpled sheets and suspicious stains that made me question the cleanliness standards of the hotel. The furniture seemed outdated, and the overall ambiance was far from the promised elegance. However, the pinnacle of disappointment was reached when I discovered the hotel's audacious pricing for basic amenities. Imagine my shock when I saw the exorbitant charge for a simple water bottle! It was as if they were trying to recoup the cost of the entire room through bottled water sales. Charging guests for something as essential as water left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. To make matters worse, when I decided to voice my concerns to the hotel staff, I was met with indifference and a lack of empathy. The receptionist shrugged off my complaints, insisting that such charges were standard in high-end establishments. This response only fueled my frustration, as I couldn't fathom how a reputable hotel could justify such a blatant exploitation of its guests. As the night wore on, I discovered additional issues with the room, from malfunctioning amenities to noisy neighbors. It became abundantly clear that Hotel Park Regency was more interested in squeezing every penny out of its guests than ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In the end, my stay at Hotel Park Regency was a regrettable experience that left me questioning the integrity of the establishment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and stress-free accommodation. It's a stark reminder that a fancy facade does not necessarily translate to a quality experience, and sometimes, it's the little things like an overpriced water bottle that can tarnish an entire stay.

Worst food ever for family too much expensive food and worst taste with worst service. If you want to drink then its good if you want to go with family then its worst

Its an ok-ok place to hangout. Food quality keeps fluctuating. Sometime you may like the food and sometimes it's just not good. Overall an ok place.
