Very Lichture staff and Owner, Very Very Lier , when hold for room then said okay but when you reach then said same room not available another room available and Charged Unnecessary Don't stay here, if you here then you will lost your financial. Very much unnecessary charged, Owner and Staff promise fir every thing when you need then nothing provide at the time Dont stay In Ropar you can choose near chandigarh Or other places but dont stay in this hotel

Believe me one of the worst Hotel. Hotel owner behaviour is too rude towards the customers. I have deposited the 4 days payment in advance in his demand but vacated in two days due to the malfunctioning AC, but the owner has not given me my deposited money. So don't waste your time and money in this hotel. The AC room switch is in the hands of owner . If you are staying in the day time,he will switch off the SC switch making you sweat in hot summer , making your stay pathetic.

Worst very worst .. specially owner Not even single star deserve. They didn't provide even drinking water..not provied bedsheet. Also rooms light and socket were damaged and They are comparing it with 2 star hotel. The owner talk in abusing language. People who gave 5 star they were not stay actually there. Just PR team.

Although the hotel is old the thry are renovating it. The ground floor rooms are quite good and reasonable. Clean and hygiene. But the interior is not completed yet. No cupboard or table available. Also they aren't providing any amenities. Near to station but nothing as such is available nearby.

Average hotel, they ask for first advance payment and also their food quality is not as per punjab standard I suggest that need to improve service for future prospects

Friendly staff , good food ,the room is spacious and clean . There was a manager jagtar Singh that helped to serve us during the set dinner , he was very helpful and polite

!!!!! Read it Before Booking room in this Hotel .!!!! This hotel is very Avg if we compared it to hotel of metro city. But is above standard if we compare it with respect to the other hotel of the city in respect to the price and the service. This hotel is very near to the old bus stand of roopnagar and roopbafar railway station and so have an edge in this respect. Most room are well furnished and and have western type toilets . About room services - it is average or may be below average , most of the time customer have to wait half an hour or hour for a Tea. No food service is provided by the hotel but they arrange food and get deliverd to your room from local restaurant. Water quality of unpacked Bottle is very poor and sometimes water smells and so i will prefer you to drink packed water only. Thank you for reading my Review. Nice budget hotel in ropar. Room are neat and clean, staff is very friendly, very near to bus stop and Railway Station just 2 min walking distance, must stay
