Average... No variety of desserts... But Dal makhni was good.

Hamare room me Jo Bed ki side drawers hoti hain, unke handles hi nai thhe, and Sirf one chair was there in a room, at least there must be 2 chairs, and the Pillows were too bad, you must change the pillows, apke Eitne rooms hain and eitne customers aate haain, kam se kam pillows toh Naye leke aaie. And Moreover room me and washroom me there no hanger to hand the cloths.. Rooms were Just 2 Star, Look up to this review to improve customers feedback

Best stay. Staff are good and cooperative. I came here when I visited IIT Ropar. IIT ROPAR students suggested me this hotel. Mr Vishal Thapa and Mr Sagar Sharma nicely dealt with us, jovial young people. Really interesting to visit again.

Best food in town sometimes we went there for dinner with family and everything here is so perfect for family outings and dinner . Staff is very helpful last night my car keys got locked inside at around 11 PM the staff there helped me a lot . Besides food whole staff is super supportive .

This hotel is very clean and the staff is really good. I stay here for one and a half day with my friend. We had dinner in this hotel, the service is polite and fast. I recommend you to stay in this hotel if you are coming to the rupnagar.

Below average hotel ever seen in my life. # Bell boys and waiters are good # Room service is worst. Sweeper is the sole staff here. He cleans washroom, he arranges the beddings and etc. We got a room with toilet already dirty. Bedsheets with urine strains. Blanket with dirt. Food quality is slightly below average. Spring rolls are oily. Chilly paneer is good. This hotel was booked for a wedding guests and the experience was nightmare. If you're in a good Gentry, I suggest not to come here.
