See we were 120 people and there were 109 students including 8 teachers and 3 trip mangers who were traveling back from manali so we thought why not have tea and snacks session over here but we would n't know how the owner would respond to the huge number. Yes children were shouting in respectable manner give me this, give me that but children like that as we all know. He shouted on them rather talking in respectable manner. I wouldn't recommend anyone who is with children to come here. Please be aware while going over here.

Only Ambiance is good and greenry attracts but there is no proper staff. They provide only full plate of pakoras even for 1 &2 persons. No biscuits, no chips, no sweet.

"Be careful with the prices! As a Gujarati, I ordered 2 buttermilks without checking the menu. When the bill came, I was shocked to see we were charged 160. When I questioned it, the staff said it was priced according to the menu. But when I looked, I saw buttermilk wasn't even listed--they had taken the price of lassi instead! Very disappointing. On a positive note, the food itself was good. Just make sure you double-check prices before ordering to avoid any surprises."

We back from Manali on the way in punjab near ropar is k surpal hotel we stop here for dinner delicious food family enjoy dinner here I like gobhi taka tak awesome palace for food.

Update 25/4/25 - The food quality has decreased while prices have increased. The rotis served like laccha parantha and butter naan were very bad mad. While sabzi was ok. Really disappointed this time. Old review- Nice place, good bar, kids play area, garden and restaurant. But they need to improve their service and food preparation.

My friend ashutosh shukla got electric shock while having shower. It was pathetic.

Worst food in entire India. Staff and owner was abusive. We ordered aloo jeera, dal fry, shahi paneer, lassi, plain roti Dal fry - worst than a sambar cooked a millennium ago and was like an Algae cannot be eaten. Was not even seasoned with spices (tadka) as it was conveyed by staff at time of order. Shahipaneer - puree of dish was like hell and was full of sour tomato and on complain they didn't say anything but fought at billing. Paneer itself as a piece was ok. Lassi- curd odour was smelly and chach was full of salt as hell we complaint it too Roti - was not even cooked and served raw and cold dead We didn't even touched 65% of food and kept on conveying to staff about the problems but on billing there owner just denied the problems that's why u didn't say it on earliest. No knowledge of how to cook food with even spices. So lets not even talk about seasoning. Note:- Don't Go with Family as they all are abusive and don't even entertain you properly as they think they are favouring not serving you. We even got ready to pay for both aloo jeera, two dals and all roti's and 7 out of 12 lassi's as we took a sip from 7 of them . But the owner came and started misbehaving and denying all of there fault and disrespecting women and upon retaliation he even abused females.

My house is few hundred Mtrs away from this restaurant... usually when I m home on leave I prefer to have home made food ... had heard of this restaurant and went once to try it out ... I can bet that this is worst restaurant in entire India ... even the remotest dhaba of remotest places in any part of India will serve better food than this ... will never go and never recommend anyone to have food here
