Do not fall for the fake reviews. This hotel is a complete scam. They overcharge, lie about the facilities, and then refuse to take responsibility. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly trained to mislead guests. I felt completely cheated. Avoid at all costs.

Overall the hotel and rooms are great for this price range and they are newly built But the bathrooms suck, no centralised hot water system, takes a lot of time to heat up the water and low pressure in jet sprays. They should overhaul their bathrooms especially.

Nice and affordable hotel at premium locality with approachable transport facility on main Chandigarh road itself. Good to go

Located near Chandigarh highway, Rooms were clean, Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast menu was small

I come from moga. So its all way across ludhiana. Also service was poor with low food quality. Just recently attended a marriage of my cousin. Though it is spacious with good bathrooms and hall.

The Grand Heritage hotel is one of the best hotels in town with great hospitality. Has a very reasonable tariff. The staff is also good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food available here has taste as well as variety. Will suggest everyone try it for once.
