Well maintained rooms and the cleanliness is up to the mark. Mr. Navneet a Housekeeping Manager helped us a lot during a stay, ambience is good. Hotel smells awesome from lobby to rooms. Food quality could be better. Overall experience was legit.

Absolutely horrible place to stay, issues on first night - dust on surfaces, bits all over the floor, was told by cleaners afterwards that they needed an extra 10 minutes to clean the room although reception rushed it (Check in is 1 PM although I arrived at 3 PM), not ideal if you're looking to check in on time or you have eczema/asthma. Further issues on day 1, no hot water, ordered tea in the day to be brought to my room during a meeting and dinner in the evening, but they forgot on both occasions, cannot speak to hotel owner as he is away so was dealing with by Ajay, who is the restaurant manager, I requested to check out and a full refund although was told he needed to check and he never came back to me, so I ended up keeping the room on day 2 and 3, on day 3 I came back at 7 AM after working at the temple all night to find ants in my bed, they called the hotel owner and informed me I needed to contact the chain despite booking directly through the hotel website, I was adamant to speak to the hotel owner who happened to come in for breakfast after being told he never comes in, and he dismissed everything stating the hotel and room is fine, he went to the room to inspect it and walked off, an absolute joke of a hotel. Do not book, and do not think you will have a nice stay

Worst hotel i have ever stay in my life.. they charge uh for extra and u have to be your own waiter in room u need to get glasses from other rooms by urself bcz if uh gonna ask for it .. it will take 1 hour for empty glasses.. then if u are on valet parking then they will simple deny hum sari raat thodi bethenge and with attitude .. next its ur responsibilty to adjust but they will not adjust .. Long to say but not free for this.. never recommended.. pathetic hospitality pathetic service

Would have rated 5. But a simple request for a 30 minute late check-out was completely turned down and was clearly told half day charges would apply, even if it is 1 minute over. Half an hour wouldn't have costed much. But, you would have gained a customer for life time

Brilliant hospitality The food was awesome Staff were commendable Specially to mention Mr Harsh in the restaurant was very professional. Also to mention Ms Nikita was very polite cooperative and brilliant professionally. Amazing experience loved it completely Recommended to everyone.

yesterday I was stay at the hotel see the picture of room no 316 ...open wire to much noise ... non corporate staff ..food is totally bkwass ... then I am order from zomato. dhabe ka food jada asha tha ... staff ko food ka complete Kiya to onho ne phone hi bnd kr dia apna totly bkwass .. service not like ..hotel ..lots of complaints...no words

Foul smell and untidy rooms, staff was limited as per requirement, food quality was pathetic. I would never visit again for sure and at this price one can find much better property to stay.
