Total unprofessional behaviour. They just impose extra charges and if you deny to pay they cancel your booking. Ekdam faltu hotel

We booked the room here based on reviews in OYO. They gave us a room first, but the room had a foul smell and the washroom was very congested and was not neat. We were with a small baby, so we asked them to change the room and they shifted us to a room on the first floor. The room was spacious, but there were no toiletries, no mat in front of washrooms and there were no cupboards in the room. The staff was very approachable and polite. Bed sheets had stains in the second room we shifted too. But then as we requested, they changed the bedsheet and provided it with a kettle for hot water.

Very poor service, failed commitment

The room quality is good. Neat and clean area of the hotel and good staff. Rates may a bit higher but you can try to get the best.

"A lovely hotel with a lot of charm. The staff was so down to earth and pleasant. There's a great restaurant on property. A complimentary breakfast was served each morning. The dinner menu was outstanding.Beautiful little towns nearby and the mountains nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be away from the city."
