Pinnacle Hotel

It's has been a wonderful experience having my stay comfortable with Hotel Pinnacle. Mr Sourabh has been so gentle and accomodating. My family and kids have wonderful time. The rooms were clean. They also provided heater over night for warm room. I appreciate their hospitality and i definitely recommend Hotel Pinnacle.

We stayed for a night with family. Mr. Saurabh was very rude. No invoice / bill provided. No hot water service available, though the rooms had geyser. Single towel was provided for two persons. No soap, toilet roll and blankets were available in the rooms. On request they provided us the blankets, which we have to on our own carry from their store to our rooms. Lift is pathetic. Ceiling was broken and damp. Bedsheets were having lipstick stains. Even the wall next to mirror has the abstract art made with lipstick. Thank God ! They provided us one btl of water on request. Reception staff is very unprofessional and not supportive. Please avoid staying at this property. Overall bad experience
