HOTEL DWARAKA INN LPU

Pathetic experience. The rooms are dirty, bedsheets and blankets are soiled, ciggerate buds in balcony( hardly we call it a balcony) , bathroom taps were moving, they put a old used soap to use , no room service, no glass or jugs not even a dustbin is there. There was broken almirah whose shelfs are supported by a brick. A huge window in the bathroom. You can literally see and listen others room from that window.The owner will butter you in the beginning and then they won't listen to you. We booked the hotel for 2 and half days. For half day they qoute 800 which is on the higher side as we asked other hotel nearby. The next day they qoute it 1000 for half day. We gave 1200 per day for such a pathetic hotel. I would never recommend the hotel anyone. Reply to Owner's reply: First of all, we stayed for 2 days and paid 4800 for two pathetic rooms. We were informed that 11am is the checkout time. Plus in what world is the checkout time at 10 am? We didn't ask to stay for free for half a daym The first day you quoted 800 (which is insane given the absolute horrible of a room) and the next day you quoted 1000. We HAD to stay for 2 days just because of my exam. For your information, let me tell you that I am a physiotherapy doctor and I have obtained a degree from a national institute in 2013. It's just an additional degree for me and due to some unfortunate situation I missed my exam. As a hotel owner you have no right to comment on my personal issues. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional you are. Everyone can understand your arrogance. Instead of asking me to focus on my "Career", you should focus and improve the horrible work that you are doing.

Staff didn't provide us with what we asked them. Neither food, nor warm water to drink. Their washroom was also dirty and when we checked out, none of the staff was available.

It's a wonderful place to stay and enjoy. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. It's an excellent hotel.

Hotel location is in bad area. Poor service. No amenities available like fridge gyser etc. Which they show that they services. Cheap manager and cheap behaviour with customer. So don't waste your money and time.
