The Heritage Villa

We visited Patiala for a marriage function & booked this Hotel. Excellent Location, heart of City .. The Mall... Newly build, very clean accommodation, Heritage with Fresh Look, Big Bathrooms.. To my surprise our car was cleaned in morning without asking anyone. Requested an early breakfast & it was delivered in ROOM before time. ONLY four rooms are available... Strongly recommended.. Value for Money.. Only drawback is that you need to use stair & No Lift, specially for Super Senior citizens !!

I have availed the services of this villa many a times for my guests. We usually call it Sunny uncle villa. A great man with a great team providing greatest of services at a great property. Every major attraction of the Royal City Patiala is within the radius of 4-5 KM of this property. This is within the transition zone of the old city and the new city. The booking was done for Feb and the money paid. Confirmation too received of money receipt and hotel booking. Within 5 mins the booking was cancelled woth the remark that payment would be refunded in 3 to 8 days. This is unprofessional. No one can be reached on phone to enquire.

We stayed here for 3 days , Rooms are value for money, its a heritage villa so don't expect hotel like service it has more of personal touch. Simranjeet ji is very very helpful. It is full of positive vibes. Food is tasty and good quality, since it is prepared fresh it takes little longer than you expect .

Wonderful experience!! Super neat and clean room. Cozy vibes. Stayed there for one night and felt like home away from home. Owner was very polite. We checked in quite late but he was very helpful. Service was quick and staff very responsive. Looking forward to stay there in future.

Good location. Well maintained and clean rooms. Every facility expected is available here. Very professional and courteous approach. We usually look wash room, and it's the best.We will stay here.

The hotel is located in a beautiful villa with a nice garden. The property area is locked at night, which increases security. We stayed in a spacious room with a new air conditioner and a fan. The room was very nicely decorated. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. In the morning we received a tasty and warm breakfast.

Huge rooms with huge washroom. Not a typical hotel though, it is villa converted into a hotel. So do not expect all the amenities like a hotel however the service was good though with limited options. The food was good in taste and quantity, pricing was also good. Nice quiet stay
