Nice cooperative staff and rooms were also clean and spacious.

It was the worst experience I have experience while staying in this Oyo flagship patiala guest house. The bedsheet was not in good condition.There was also dirty washroom with no proper ventilation in room.when I asked for new bed sheet they just give me and asked me to do it to myself only . Highly unprofessional people .not recommended in future for any one.Please avoid such stay they are not safe.

Worst Hotel. Room was so dirty & smells like we entered in a Gutter. Washroom water was on room floor & entrance of the room. Hotel Manager said "Manage kr lo". Bed was uncomfortable & bed sheet was so dirty like they haven't changed it from 1 Month. I suggest to all of you never go here.

I was out for couple of hours and they packed my stuff and moved it to another room just because they recieved another booking, thankfully all my stuff were there. It felt like are they really in hotel industry. I think it's good for couples who like to book for couple of hours.

Very poor service. There was no water bottle at room not and amenities available as mentioned on oyo and also manager was very ill mannered and flirty. Washroom and room was also so unhygienic. It was really very pathetic. So not happy with this. Worst experience ever.

worst experience ever .... they make me wait for 5 hour or so cz they were booked insipte of advance booking and they even chrge me 300rs extra otherwise they were willing to throw me out of hotel unhygenic and tap was not working ..... not recommended at all staying here will be your nightmare please avoid

AC was not propertly working and there were no water in the taps. They charge you more for an average room. Rest is ok

Location is very good and silent environment.. all fesilitity provide.....Gd condition rooms...if r u going there it's your gd decision for stay here
