OYO 29950 Hotel ML Pride

I could have given it a 3 stars but due to the foul sewage smell, I had an extremely poor stay here. The property had good parking space and rooms are okay but else all is pathetic. They don't have a lift. No amenities are provided, poor cleanliness, poor maintenance. One of the staff of age at around 45 years was rude, others were polite and helpful. Sewage smell is all over in washrooms and passage areas.

They offer us room at 1500 . As per cost . The room is good

I've been a guest at your hotel for the past 2-3 years, but my recent stay was very disappointing. Since new staff has joined, the level of service has declined significantly.||During my stay, I encountered several issues:||Unprofessional Staff: The staff interacted with guests rudely, including myself.|Uncleanliness: Upon entering my booked deluxe room (Room 205), I discovered an unpleasant odor throughout the room. Even worse, the toilet seat and bathroom door were soiled with urine. When I informed the staff about the smell and uncleanliness, they responded dismissively, stating that the room had already been cleaned. They further suggested, in a disrespectful manner, that if I was too bothered by the issues, I should vacate the room and find accommodation elsewhere. This is simply unacceptable customer service.|Dismissive Attitude: Similar dismissive behavior occurred when I politely pointed out dust on the table and bedsheets. The staff simply reiterated their suggestion to leave the hotel if I had any problems.|This recent experience has unfortunately tarnished my previous positive impressions of your hotel.||Recommendation:||I strongly suggest that the current management team reconsider its staffing approach. Perhaps prioritizing the hiring of local Patiala residents who value treating all guests with respect and professionalism would be beneficial.||I hope that by sharing this review, you will take steps to address these issues and ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

I have stayed here & I have paid room charges via phone pay but payment not processed due to technical error but my payment got processed after one day I contacted immediately to hotel for the same with attached screenshot of processed payment but hotel's staff denied that we didn't got payment even they refused to recognise me after the incident via telephone. I have also made room payment in cash during payment failure. This is the type of a fraud of hotel's staff of earning extra money. Highly recommended for all not to stay at that property.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Kind, warm, welcoming and generous staff. The interiors are made of the best quality. The rooms are beautifully designed. THIRD CLASS HOTEL & THEIR SERVICE BAD PROPERTY PLEASE DON'T GO THERE -------------------------------------------------- I am Book a Deluxe room Through Agoda When at the night we are going For Checkin firstly the person who sits on reception denied for room and says we have no room in the hotel we will upgrade your room if you give us more Money when I denied to give them money he said only one room are left go and check when we going for check the room it smells very badly may be cigarette smell and the situation of the room is horrible oh yukk tore Bedsheet spots on Bedsheet Dirty Washroom with bad smell When we go for Breaktast they say only Alu Parantha in Complimentary Breakfast Service of the staff very Bad They took 40 minutes for two Alu Paranthas. Beautiful hotel, definitely way better than expected. Rooms were clean and spacious with grohe bathroom fittings. Receptionists were polite. The breakfast Huge veg selection. We are visting from last 1.5 year in this hotel previous staff was very co-operate but today we visit there reception staff was very rude and they are lying that room services are not available specially television is not working in all rooms. We are very disappointed from them.i specially recommend donot visit this hotel. Also bathrooms are very unhygienic at all. Very bad service.
