Motel Sunrise, Patiala

I stayed at this hotel out of curiosity, having heard about its poor reputation, but nothing could have prepared me for how bad it truly was. The rooms are not just small--they're dirty and smell awful. It goes beyond just basic cleanliness; it feels neglected and filthy in every corner. I honestly would rather sleep on the streets than ever set foot in this hotel again. **No matter how desperate you might be, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.** It is by far the worst hotel I've ever encountered, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

My mother and grandmother Travelled from England to India for a wedding and we booked them 12 nights in this hotel with two rooms which was a big mistake. Taking into consideration they are 55 and 75 the rooms was cold and dirty showers are not working and the worst part is if you loose your room key you can't get back in because the staff are too lazy playing a game of pass the blame. My mother was unable to take her medication due to there lack of professionalism they made her stay in a different room without her belongings rather than trying to regain access straight away what is more important the door lock or my mums health? What's worse is the staff are so rude knowing they have no other options being so far away from home. I would strongly advise staying far away from this place unless you like problems!

The room cost us 2200 with room heater and complementary breakfast. The staff behaviour was good. The behaviour of the owner is also very cooperative. The breakfast quality was ok. But main course is overpriced and taste not good as per price. There is no shower. Geyser is available. It's took around 20 minutes from patiala station.

Visiting Patiala for a conference. Had dinner tonight at the restaurant- Red Chili family restaurant. Lovely simple food, and excellent service. Special thanks to Amisha for her pleasant behaviour and service. Hope to eat here again.

If any one want stay with cockroaches and eat with cockroaches then come and stay for this experience. I stayed their my entire family and had a worst experience in my life rooms were full of smell,service was poor,fully suffocating, geyser was working,room was full of mosquitoes. Really such bad experience.

Location good. They will not provide a single bottle of water. My room was 111. Bathroom fittings are old and no shower. Open road parking Service not professional No telephone at room Room look good but bed was not comfortable

Last night I went this hotel with my family for dinner. Food was so amazing specially raara chicken was very delicious . Service was very professional service provided by miss amisha was outstanding. Service. Impeccable amisha ensured we felt pampered throughout our meal Next time I'll sure visit thanks
