The hotel and hotel staff both are pathetic.. I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL JUST BECAUSE OF GOOD RATINGS. I booked room in this hotel and after sometime found that the tap and shower are not working in the bathroom.. I complained the staff multiple times and after sometime, owner called and said you don't t know how to use the tap and shower.. I requested her multiple times to fix it.. but she denied. The ratings of the hotel are good because they give you 10% discount if you rate them 5 star but its not even worth 1 star..!!

This is a good place for the gathering of up to 80-100 persons. Entrance, hall ambiance is good, sound gets loud when people enjoy on dance floor, you can't talk, well that's the scene of every party location. Food was good, outside portion of hall is a makeshift arrangement with fabric shed, serves the purpose. Service was good, overall you will have a nice experience.

A good place to have a get together. We went to book the hall for a meeting, we were given a good reception. The pricing of the hall also is very reasonable. The management is very accommodating. We have a program there very soon, so more photos of the program will come in a short time. We visited the place today again to book it for a get together. The owner was good to talk to.

It was a good experience staying at Hotel Uttam Residency I was there for attending my friend's sister's wedding room was quite big and spacious the room have also a small wardrobe and a pair of chair with table on which we can have our food the room was air conditioned within ice screen size TV the washroom is also quite big and spacious and having hot water option also the only problem with the room was it was being constructed because of which the intercom was not installed on the day I was there they have given me there visiting card on which I found the receptions phone number whenever I was required something I have to call on that number. The service was good they have provided me a toothpaste or toothbrush a shampoo pouch and a hair oil pouch with soap my overall experience was good I love to stay there if I get another chance to visit Patiala

Value for money. Room size was big enough. Staff was very cooperative. They have separate dining area, food quality was also good and they don't provide RO water, only mineral water(chargeable). For cars they have parking facility.

This is a great option for your stay in Patiala city, we stayed here for 5 days during our visit and our stay was super comfortable and nice. The owners are so sweet they will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Their food is really good as well. Rooms are big and well clean and sanitized.
