Hotel TNG

One of the worst hotels in the region. We had booked 10 rooms for wedding guests in peak heat of April. In 4 rooms, AC was not working and even fans were not working in 2-3 rooms. Please do not go be the looks, which are deceiving.

I would never book this hotel again. While Robin was very cooperative but here are a few things that did not work: 1. No AC: Room's AC was not working and despite all the follow-ups, AC did not work. My kids could not sleep throughout the night. 2. Locks: Can you believe that the rooms' locks are broken? We were shifted from one room to another but still the hotel staff did not have the key for the new room. We were given an alternate key, which hardly fitted in. 3. No cook: In the morning, we were told that the cook did not show up. Hence, there were only sandwiches available. After I got upset, they were ready to make only the Aloo paranthas. Ultimately, we left without breakfast. 4. Staff: Except for Robin, none of the other staff wanted to listen. They ignored the complaints. I stood in the cafe for 15 minutes in the morning but the waiter did not even bother to ask. I had to call him to ask for breakfast, which he arrogantly stated that the cook was not here. This was the second time I stayed. The first time was OK, not bad, but this time, it was horrible.

Had worst experience at the restaurant with the service. The waiter do not seem to understand the order clearly, expressed disinterest and messed up the order multiple times. Staff and the owner, both doesn't seem to know the word 'Hospitality' and wonder how they are even surviving in this industry. Do not recommend this place at all. Food wasn't worth the prices and the service was awful.

Extremely Dissatisfied - Wish I Could Give Negative Rating I wish I could give this restaurant a negative rating. I booked through Swiggy Dineout, drawn by a 20% discount and a chance to try somewhere new. Upon arrival, I informed them of my paid reservation via Swiggy Dineout. They seated us, and we began ordering, only to face multiple issues. First, the service was excruciatingly slow. It took them 20 minutes to bring our starters, and even then, they brought the wrong item. We ordered chicken coriander soup but received a veg version instead. Later, while ordering the main course, they failed to note chicken fried rice, then insisted we never placed the order. Despite asking the server to repeat it back to us, they still missed items and blamed us for the oversight. The final straw came when they refused to accept Swiggy Dineout payment, even though I had paid online for the booking. They applied their own in-house 15% discount instead of honoring the 20% Swiggy discount I'd paid for. When I showed proof of my payment, the manager's tone was rude and dismissive, claiming it was my responsibility to confirm before paying. He seemed more interested in saving 5% by forcing their discount rather than respecting customer choice. To sum it up: the food was mediocre, the service was careless, and the management was extremely rude. Don't waste your time or money here - the experience is far from worth it.

worst hotel i have ever been too. Think 1000 times before booking this property. Even the GM. Mr. Robin is not a man of words. No committment. Worst service and reception staff

Horrible 2 nights , first day room AC was not getting off as it's centralise AC, no hot water . Very poor front office service. They will pick up call won't revert. Requested to change room they changed but again another issue AC was not working in new room as well no hot water. Called front office no one came for half an hour.. Highly not recommendable.. worst service Food quality is awesome and restaurant is good.

Worst experience. Rooms were smelling like dead rats. Rooms service was very bad. I ordered for dinner for 4 people. Cutlery provided for 2 people only. The person in-charge at night at the reception was too rude. His behaviour was like there is only one hotel in Patiala and it's TNG. Please avoid living in this property.
