The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff was polite and quick to respond to requests. The food was tasty, especially the breakfast buffet. I also enjoyed my lunch & dinner, and found the overall food very delicious. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant experience--highly recommended for a relaxing stay. The location is also very good and accessible, as it is located near a well known Thapar University. Professionals can have meetings as it's a quite place and apt for professional gatherings as well.

Most disgusting and pathetic hotel we've ever stayed in our life. Family of three checked in late night, room charged 8500 for a AC room with no aircon working and on top of that the GSA said that there will be no refund, do whatever you want to do. A total ripoff, they charged us 3 times the rate from the published rates on other OTA's. Don't trust them, they're are the most unethical people we've dealt with. Such a shame to the management, no manager was available to comment or apologize. AVOID THIS GARBAGE DUMP HOTEL!!!
Close to Thapar and Dukhnivaran Gurudwara. Clean well furnished rooms with prompt service. However our guest couldn't sleep as the loud noises coming from the rooftop bar located on the hotel roof till 1 am. Next morning, upon inquiry, it's found that the noises are common during late night events and the receptionist showed her helplessness. Our guest couldn't sleep till 1 and hence you are advised to book a room at your risk. Their restaurant and bar is good. Bar only accepts money in cash and restaurant is popular for bhindi do pyaz sabzi. We like their cheesecake too.

Unsafe Kettle in Room: The kettle provided in my room was defective; its lid was broken, and as a result, hot water spilled on my hand when I tried to use it. This incident could have been dangerous, and it was incredibly disappointing to see no immediate response to this matter. Unprofessional Staff Response: When I raised these concerns with the front desk, I was told that the manager would be available at 10 am to address the issue. However, there was no immediate resolution, and I ended up wasting 45 minutes during check-out, with no apologies or compensation offered for the inconvenience I experienced. Given the above points, I request that you thoroughly investigate these issues, take appropriate corrective action, and ensure that your staff adheres to the basic standards of professionalism and customer service. I believe all guests deserve a safe, clean, and comfortable environment during their stay. I would appreciate a prompt response and an update on the steps you plan to take to address this matter.
We were part of a wedding team and thoroughly enjoyed our 48 hours stay. Everything went on well and all concerns raised was immediately addressed. I would love to come here again .

I visit from canada and book this hotel in 4500 .when i checked out they ask me more money 1955 rupees extra they give me reason bed sheet not clean bcus i put some rose on bed He said this colour is permanent colour.you should give extra money.i said its not fair then he say i dont care u must pay .he is name vishal he was so rude even he co worker was laughing when he ask money..i dont know why this type people hire they dont care about coustmer services..i will never recommend this hotel.i will put also canadian page about this hotel and vishal....very disappointed even no hot water i called 3 time on reception and they said aaeyag abhi aaeyga...dont go there and waste ur money and respect...hotel onwer should be action on vishal...
Service was very poor. Akshay Kumar was very pathetic and very arrogant... Used abusive language while seating in the restaurant.... Recommend not to stay here
