Worst service possible. The locks of room were broken. They did not give key and then blamed us that we lost key. Despite taking additional bedding that was not provided. Asked for blanket twice and their staff did not hear. They mentioned only paranthas available in breakfast and on calling owner, they gave other options. Took 100 percent money before giving rooms. Please avoid coming here. Really pathetic service. First and last visit here.

We spent one night from 23 to 24 Apr 24. Booked two Deluxe rooms. An average hotel in all aspects. Only saving grace is that the staff is courteous. While the room was comfortable. do not expect any finesse. The Glass door of bathrooms were dirty. Cracks around the place where the air conditioner was fitted. Ply board totally visible cupboards with no lamination. Shower tap malfunctioning. Food with too much masala and chillies with just OK taste. We got it at Rs 2400/- on Agoda. Go for it if you cant find anything else.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Not like what it is seen in the photos, no bathtub, no beach and all and even the basic amenities and things like locks aren't working. For the cherry on the cake, the staff is also very rude, they were trying to defend themselves when we asked for the resolution of the lock problem

The place was nicely located and hotel was clean the staff was very polite and very keen to help in all things but there were few services which were not Upto mark, need to be more clean with the towels and other thermal

The place was great, rooms were decently managed. Plus the staff was very friendly

Clean and comfortable room. Very professional and helpful staff. Ranjit in particular looked after me well.

Bad behaviour with girl .. customer fraud with me ....because my family members stay here. We left the hotel before check out....
