very unfriendly staff no sense of talking worst service ever over priced i would say go for a another hotel as you would find more better hotels than this at the same price

good hotel with decent rooms and good service. There are no eating places nearby, so you have to order through zomato and swiggy. Public transport is accessible.

Food was good. Service was slow and rooms need to maintained. Great value is offered

Nice hotel good service and staff is good behaviour and good food

It was my official visit and I found a Hotel what I was searching for in my budget and city. I liked the location as it is located on the road which connects Railway Station and Railway Colony.One of the local market is at a walking distance. It is a newly built hotel with an ample amount of parking space in the front. Rooms are enough space for two persons, well maintained and give relaxing experience with the amenities. The breakfast was served in the room itself as there was no dining area at that time. They provided me with all the amenities that I needed like an electric kettle & the tea material, toiletries and extra slippers. It was a good staying experience for me. The staff was good though, prompt and helpful in responding to my requests. I will stay here for sure on my next visit to the city.

Great value for money and the staff is very experienced & well behaved. Always found on toes to serve u better. I recommend the best budget hotel in Patiala to stay.

It's ok ok hotel but service wise it's not very good one

We made a direct reservation in the hotel for two nights. Apparently their front view rooms has an extra charge because of the view even though the two windows in the room were filmed! Breakfast was served in the room itself as their was no dining area. There was shower gel in the container kept for the same. There was no kettle in the room despite it being shown in the pictures. It was an average stay. The staff was good though and prompt and helpful in responding to any requests.
