Hotel Mohan Continental

I have been staying in this hotel with my parents since last 2 years..and the lady receptionist behaved so bad on two episodes. Claiming payment or 5 cup of tea with no bill/ signed bill. She has no manners of talking with senior citizens and customer. A customer who is paying bill of 7000- 9000 will lie for 5 cup of tea. Her awful behaviour and arrogance is beyond words. All should be ashamed of her behaviour. This is how u deal with a customer who has prebook the room and paid advance... ??? Shameful act

Great location, lavish spread of breakfast. Other food options within 200 mtrs. Service is OK not so great. Room condition is pathetic in executive rooms. Due to booking constraints, I had to shift from luxury to executive, thereafter changed 4 rooms in 2 days. Somewhere ac u/s, somewhere tv us and somewhere seepage in the room. Nice hotels and good stay. Thank you Ji sir. Restaurant is not that great but you have lots of options near by in 200m walk since it's close to market and has car parking.

*Disappointing Dining Experience at Mohan Continental, Patiala* Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of dining at Mohan Continental in Patiala, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The food quality was subpar, and the service was slow. We began with the soup, which was a disaster. The first serving contained a hair, which was unacceptable. Although they replaced it, the quality had clearly been compromised. The soup tasted diluted, as if they had simply added water to extend it. The main course, Kadhai Chicken, was recommended by the staff, but it failed to impress. The chicken was overcooked, tough, and tasted bitter. When I brought this to the chef's attention, he was unapologetic and insisted that their taste was fine. The service was painfully slow, taking 2.5 hours to complete our dinner. We waited 45 minutes after ordering before receiving our food. I question the authenticity of the positive reviews displayed here, as our experience was a far cry from the rave reviews. *Issues:* - Food quality: Poor - Service: Slow - Hygiene: Hair found in soup - Taste: Compromised - Staff responsiveness: Unapologetic *Suggestions for improvement:* 1. Enhance food quality control. 2. Improve service efficiency. 3. Address hygiene concerns. 4. Train staff to be more responsive to customer feedback. Until significant improvements are made, I would advise others to explore alternative dining options in Patiala.

Worst hotel ever, no cleanliness, washroom was dirty, food was over expensive, no hospitality, no hot water, sink was blocked and room was smelly

Basic rooms are bad , mohan courtyard rooms are great .... Food at the restaurant is good

Stayed here for 3 weeks. The staff per say is kind but not efficient. Hot water was an issue during our stay as it was winters. Breakfast menu is the same everyday. Laundry service was good. Overall experience was average. Would not stay here again until and unless I have no other option.

we went there for a Lunch, and service was good but many things mentioned in the SALAD section of the menu were not available. Indian food was good.
