Hotel MG 64 prime

The road leading to the hotel is not good. I think it might be bad during the rainy season. The hotel itself is somewhat new and really clean. The staff is also nice. Although, I did not like the food they offer in room service. Better to eat somewhere else.

We took a room including the bathtub, for which they charged us Rs. 2500. However when we wanted to use the bathtub at 10 pm they told us that warm water only comes in the morning and mind you that they had not told us about it before. When we woke up in the morning & we asked for the warm water they took so long to come and they didn't do anything basically, thus we were rendered with the same cold water. Pathetic customer service is what they have, and neither did they refund the charges completely for the additional bathtub.

Worst room service. At the time of check-in nobody was at the reception, nobody came along with me for check-in the room. No water availability, no sleepers in the room, called for a knife and they replied after so repeated calls that there is no knife in the hotel. After so many calls still the sleepers were not provided in so much cold weather.. My Biggest mistake to book this hotel at such a huge amount i.e. 2000/- The hotel is not worth even of 500rs. room. Worst Worst Worst in all aspects

Newly constructed building,clean rooms,hygienic food, very trained and polite staff (best hotel in the locality) Highly recommend

I was unable to sleep whole night due to loud music ,whixh I don't know who is playing. I don't recommend anyone to come here with family,

recently i stayed over there..hving a very coperative staff...they listened toyou..rooms are very spacious...hygenic ...neat and clean beddings...washroom hygiene well maintained..food provide by them is delicious...but one con i noticed less space for parking...overalll its best place to stay

I had stayed in MG64 near Punjabi University Patiala. It's an excellent place for staying with family with all facilities. All services highly commendable and appreciable along with delicious food. Thumbs up to the hospitality.

Night reception staff with turban guy is uneducated, no etiquettes, speechless, mannerless very disappointed from his misbehav . Hotel was good..
