Hotel Kings Retreat, 16 Nihal Bagh, Barandari Garden, Patiala PB India is situated at very calm and quiet place. Surroundings area is filled with green trees, plants and flowers. Location is very close to Patiala Railway Station, old Bus Stop and Gurudwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib. Rooms, corridors, reception area and car parking area is very specious. I loved this place. Good to visit with family and family friends.

Awesum location & ambience.Very good place for marriages & other celebrations .Rooms are very comfortabke.Food is good .Reasobably priced.

Worst experience! I would like to give this place zero star but sadly that isn't an option. -->Matress and pillows are stinky! -->Staff is very very rude. --> Won't accept card, all cash business and won't provide receipt. --> Won't provide basic stuff like soap. --> Very very shady. Stay away from this place for your own mental satisfaction.

The worst hotel I ever stayed, also know as Pushap Palace hotel. These both are same property n people get fooled with their reviews. As due to wedding season City hotels were fully booked so I looked for a decent hotel stay for 2 nights. Direct booking on phone. No welcome, no acknowledgement on arrival at their door or to assist with bags. Took payment upfront, they will say cardachine not working n will ask for cash payment, No receipt provided. if asked they said do u need to file for tax as it will have additional tax n etc etc where u jus want to leave n not waste time. As I entered room , Smell, dirty linen, washroom like public toilet, window glass are so cheap ones you can hear birds chirping, had pigeon nest in bathroom many more things. Soap n moisturizer were half used. No water provided. I checked out same night, requested if I can get refund for stay as nothing is good here they jus said sorry you have booked for 2 nights so cannot refund. I couldn't stay for a night there. They didn't even try to understand why I was leaving. It's operated by family in their ancestral property by two brothers and you can see all family members going around in the lobby area discussing. Doesn't qualify for a Hotel. I ignored the reviews thinking it's just matter of 2 nights where I will be mostly attending wedding but couldn't last even for a night.

Despite the appealing exterior, my overnight stay at this establishment didn't align with my expectations. Upon entering the reception area, there was an initial sense of entering a well-kept hotel. The room I was assigned had its merits, but it was not without its shortcomings. Notably, the shower head's height posed an inconvenience for taller individuals, and there were issues with the orders. Regrettably, the TV malfunctioned, necessitating three calls to the reception and an inquiry with room service, yet a resolution remained elusive. Similarly, my request for assistance with the AC went unanswered. Adding to the disappointment, the bed sheet exhibited noticeable wear and tear, featuring large holes, while the pillow appeared less than pristine. I share this feedback with the hope that it contributes to enhancing the overall guest experience and addressing these minor inconveniences for future patrons.

Excellent experience, i am always staying at here, green place, at near gurudwara sahib, service, team and property is so wonderful
