Hotel Grand Polo

The rooms were comfortable for a two day business stay. It was easily accessible to punjabi university, and had fast wifi, attached water heaters. The staff was friendly and they even gave us refund when for half a day when we vacated a day early than initially booked.

Horrible experience in this hotel. The room was not at all clean. There were cigarette buds left in the washroom. The washroom was not cleaned. The toilet seats were left uncleaned. The bedsheets and the blanket was smelly as if it wasn't changed for a year. No mopping was done in the room, it was left unattended. Nothing in the room was worth mentioning. Only the location was a bit better or else everything was horrible. Seriously not a hotel if you consider a stay here with your family or friends. Totally not worth it.

I recently stayed at Grand Polo,and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right away. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with stunning views that added to the ambiance. The amenities were top-notch, which provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety of options. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, Grand Polo exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!
