I am currently staying in the property and to start while I am staying in the property their is no electricity and they say doh ghante light nai ayegi coz we are changing transformers. IMAGINE staying in a so called 4 star property and light chali gai. So no lifts..! No light in room.. no emergency light. Nothing..! They government orders to change( Funniest thing ever heard). The fact is that only less rooms are occupied and they thought this is the best time to work on internal matters. Also don't book the property as their is damp smell in the property and rooms are old like 90's. Staff was good until electricity happened. Room service is as poor as it gets. If you book this property then you are wasting your money and time. Good luck.

We had booked 42 rooms in the hotel from 16 to 20 Jan 25 for our guests who had come to Patiala to attend my daughter's wedding. The rooms are spacious and well facilitated. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Room services were efficient. Food quality was superb and delicious. The hotel staff under the able leadership of their GM, Mr Basera, did an excellent job.
don't believe at fake reviews. This hotel is the worst I have ever seen, especially in how it treats its employees. I worked there as a staff with complete dedication, even while suffering from dengue fever. Despite my worsening condition, I continued working until I was so ill that I had to be hospitalized for nearly a month. After being discharged from the hospital, I reached out to the management to request the salary for the month I had worked before my hospitalization. Daman kept making false promises, saying he would pay me "tomorrow," but tomorrow never came. It has now been 5 months, and I still haven't received my rightful salary. Daman is real culprit . he didn't give my one month salary. This isn't just my experience--many other employees have faced similar exploitation. The management has a long history of mistreating its staff, refusing to pay their dues, and ignoring their concerns. This hotel is unprofessional and unethical. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this place, whether as a guest or an employee. No one deserves to be treated like this.
A very good choice for cost effective stay. Staff is little less helpful though. Nobody comes for luggage at both checking in and checking out.
I have worst experience while my stay like no response from housekeeping, lighting too low, most problematic room provided in soo much noisy area as marriage function is running in the hotel premises. Staff knows everything.
I used to work in the kitchen of Iqbalin Hotel, and I suddenly fell ill. I fell ill during duty hours, so I worked there while being sick. After that, when my condition worsened, I was admitted to the hospital and received treatment. After recovering, I called the hotel to request my salary. It has now been three months, but they have still not paid me. I have called them many times, but they do not answer my calls. Initially, when they did answer, they kept saying they would pay me and gave me different timeframes, but as the deadlines arrived, they stopped responding altogether. This has been going on for at least three months now. I have repeatedly tried to contact them. Once, I even went to the hotel in person to ask for my salary. They told me they would pay via Google Pay, but they still haven't sent the money. Now, they are not answering my calls at all. When someone leaves the hotel, they do not pay their dues and keep everyone's money. I will also upload my hospital documents as proof, which you can check.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. The ambiance is inviting, making it a great place to relax. The food served is delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. Overall, it's a pleasant experience for travelers looking for quality service and comfort.
The condition of the room was bad but the bathroom was so terrible that I couldn't dare to step into the shower. The hotel is built well but is so poorly maintained that a 500 rs guest house would be cleaner. The room service did not answer the call even once. The lift doors felt like they would snap you in half .On top of that while checking out the person at the front desk was so absent minded or I don't know if he did that on purpose, I handed him a rs 100 note but he started arguing that it was ars 50 note. Without arguing much I simply asked him to check the cctv footage, on which he he said that the cctv was not working. I would suggest them put some competent staff at the front desk and instead of valet use your man power to clean the bathrooms.
