I have stayed at the hotel multiple times and never had to face any problems. The only reason I am giving a low rating is because the hotel probably doesn't scrutinize the guests well enough. Women and boys were drunk and shouting late at night, at around 1-2 AM. It's such a discomfort and scary situation when you're staying with your family. The reception did not take care of the situation immediately. We had to call them and ask them to explain the situation even though the reception is just in front of the rooms where the nuisance was happening. Otherwise, friendly staff and the restaurent is good value for money.

Order before you step out of your home then you can have your meal timely For eg If you order chapptis, then they will send their person to buy atta for that Chappati. So recommend only if you can afford to spend your time there to wait for your order for hours. If you want to have dinner there, come here at lunch time.

Hotel is good. Easy to reach and location is on main road. Nice and clean rooms. Bed is queen size and washroom is too small. Accessories in washroom (shampoo,conditioner etc) of no use. Reception guys are good and helping. We had food in hotel, its nice and tasty.

Hotel Ad Crown is a fully AC & very good place . They have their own restaurant and hotel with good option to stay . It is very conveniently located near Patiala Bus Stop , Railway Station. They are just 5 min walk way . Moreover best thing is Historical Gurudwara Sahib Sri Dukhniwaran is also very near on same street . Now on their restaurant it serves Hard Drinks and Beer also . Food is very tasty . Spl their Butter Chicken and Rara Mutton. In veg Dal Makhni is superb . Ambiance is great . Comfortable sofa seats and chairs . Good AC . Service is great . Owner Mr Amarjeet is very good person.

Absolutely pathetic hotel and service. The hotel looks good from outside but when we checked in 2 weeks ago, we noticed rooms were filthy, there were stains on bed sheets, pillow covers and blankets. The normal rooms are very congested, its difficult to walk in the rooms and toilets are horrible and too small. They charged us Rs 1650 per day as room tariff for normal rooms. We took 2 rooms and on asking discount they refused us bluntly and staff was not polite. Still the charge per room was very expensive keeping in view the above factors. One main disdvantage or bad thing about this hotel is that there are plenty of mosquitoes. My family members had several mosquito bites and our stay was very uncomfortable. The restaurant on ground floor has too many mosquitoes, though food is ok we had mosquitoes wamdering all over our food and also it fell into our foods and drinks. They staffed refused to take responsibility for such thing and did not replace our food. Moreover they charged us for Bisleri water served in rooms, Please note even water is not complimentary in this hotel. Also the staff was refusing to give proper tax invoice on checking out. They made me wait for 40 mins before giving bill, as I result of which I got late and Missed by Volvo Bus. Later on carefully examining the bill I found out that bill was generated on 28th July 2018 when I checked the hotel on 14th Aug with family. It means they generated a back dated bill and moreover the GST component or value was incorrect in the bill, which means they generated a false bill to fool me and which implies they have not depsosited the GST amount to the tax authority. I am sharing scan copy of the Invoice for all of you to decide, pls note basic value is Rs 3006 and gst levied is 12% which should be 360.72/- or Rs 361/- but instead the GST Value entered is Rs 294/-. I shall also intimate the same to GST department. I as a responsible citizen shared my agonizing experience of my stay in this hotel so that it can help the all the viewers.

We booked the hotel on name of om Prakash pal on 29nov 2017 hotel is very bad. Hotel manager behav very badly. He said I will slap you if you raised the concern about the facility. They charge 2200rs, this hotel room is very small and no basic facility available. Food quality is very bad, Paratha given in Bern condition. I recommend please do not stay if you want relax tension free stay.

Really good food and beautiful place. I requested the staff and hotel owner to put handrails with stairs but It took few months and handrails are in place now. Thanks to the staff. Believe me it's very helpful for persons with disability and old people.
