Capital O 30739 The Grace

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Only stayed here as it was my brothers wedding in Patiala and I didnt want to become a burden on anyone. From the food, the room service, reception service, rooms, I'd say even a backpack place is better. Staff are rude, manager is always on his phone and least interested in his guests. We had many issues and will highly recommend people to stay as far away as possible. Our only highlight was coming to a clean room which was made everyday by Raju. We stayed at this hotel for about 8-9 nights and he didn't disappoint us once. I wonder how the hotels owner is paying such staff members and truely hope he reads his reviews.

Dirty rooms , found in appropriate things in drawers , never recommend any one to stay there ...Gm was responseless , poor quality of food .there booking system is also poor taking extra money from peoples... please stay away

Quite surprised to know that the GRACE was not taking OYO booking and still OYO booked the room. Faced lots of problem in Patiala in getting good accommodation. Pretty bad experience with OYO.

Very bad expeience hotel. Denied room after online confirmed booking from oyo & excuse was room is full. I recommend people not to book this hotel.Worst hotel

I like the room sevice , great food quality . Both receptionists are polite and kind . They are really helpful . It's great exercise .

Very poor .no. rooms avaibility. Staff is very irresponsible receptionist and GM also don't have manners. No. Arrangements. V poor. Not. Deserve one star

Staff don't have any manners how to talk, AC is not working properly. Rooms are little smelly
