Endora Hotel

Booked rooms for my family for stay for 2-3 days room service is like poor service. Staff is not aware about basic needs at room. On roof top so many loud music and disturbance. Not able to sleep whole night. Called so many times to staff late night due to disturbance but they do nothing.

Terrible experience, worst service, they have only 2 waiters in restaurant , you would have to wait for , 20-30 minutes to give your order then 30 mins for your order to be prepared and final your flavorless is on your table.

Value for money excellent roof top restaurant food is too sumptuous, one can't resist .delicious angori rasmalai.

We had our daughters birthday party organized here. Everything from Food till service was excellent. DP singh is the person you need to speak to, very professional.

The room price was decent and the suprise was they gave Netflix access, i enjoyed my stay very much , Watched netflix and amazon prime , washroom and room was clean and neat , overall genuine 5 stars from me

So i went to this hotel for a family gathering. We were around 20 people, it was Monday and they said they couldn't give us the hall because they did not have enough staff. But i got to say they really made up for it, the service was great, the food was nice and the bill was really genuine expected 2-3k more but i got to say i was quite satisfied with the bill. Overall it was a good and satisfying experience.

I recently stayed at Endora Hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the level of service was far below what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Firstly, the seating arrangements were a disaster. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be seated, and when we finally were, it was in an uncomfortable and poorly situated area. The management clearly has no understanding of how to efficiently manage seating. Adding to the frustration, there were no snacks available, which is quite surprising and unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer premium service. When we asked the waiter about it, we were told that they do not serve snacks. This is a basic amenity that should always be available to guests. What was even more infuriating was the staff's attitude. Several times, our waiter ignored us to attend to new guests who had just arrived. This lack of attention and respect for existing guests is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, the service at Endora Hotel was horrendous. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The management needs to seriously reconsider their approach to guest services. Endora Hotel needs significant improvements in their service standards to meet even basic hospitality expectations. Until then, I would advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

Great place to dine in but people smoke on rooftop was not very pleasant . I told manager he said we allow in open environment made me uncomfortable
