The hotel is very clean and the services provided are top notch and very prompt. We loved our stay. The food buffet was also nice. An elegant experience overall. Miss Sonam, Mr. Saurabh and Ms. Babita showed wonderful hospitality and are really polite. Thank you.

Very cooperative staff and such a pleasant environment. Food was good and our stay was so pleasant. We enjoyed a lot and everyone made us feel so comfortable. Ms. Nishu managed an event there and she was so responsible and ensured that everything was smooth. Professional staff and great management.

Had a great stay experience at zone by park. Rooms and hotel ambience is amazing. Staff is really amazing and humble special mention restaurant manager Nisha, she really treated well and given alternate on immediate basis on asking. Staff like her actually becomes face of company. Wish her all the very best for future.

Nice ambiance, food is quite delicious. staff is very coperative. The guys at restaurant Mr. Sanjay and Ranjan both have a very nice and helping nature and he will grow in life in his field. The manager on duty Mr. Pawan kumar was there for the service best of luck to him. Excellent hotel in pathankot

The hotel is providing exemplary services, well maintained and spacious rooms at best location. I found the staff very friendly and courteous. The amenities were nicely done. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Zone. The part which I loved the most is mini Gym.

The food was absolutely delightful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, from fresh fruits and cereals to made-to-order omelets. Special thanks to Miss Sonam, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and greeted with warm smiles.

Overall is good . Hotel is neet and clean. Behaviour of staff is also good. Visited in fab 2025 also. Food quality is so tasty. Whenever I visit at Pathankot, my Frist preference is zone hotel only. Room size is very large. Car parking is here .
