The Grand Regency

i booked a room for 2450 but basic neccesary things such as mineral water is not included in this we have to give additional charges for that . also no food available and had to order from zomato . even we have to leave early around 8 a m and no tea and breakfast is ready by this time . pathetic

Not recommended at all I paid 2600 for room worst hotel , there is no hotel staff they have receptionist only , tv was not working even there was no proper washroom. No food at hotel you have to order from zomato or any other source.

Receptionist is really rude and unprofessional have zero empathy. My neighbour had an accident who had no family members so we admitted him at Pathankot Hospital me and my frds were so tired that we booked a room at this hotel. Later the person at reception was so rude and started asking questions like what's your relationship and that all personal questions. I have traveled a lot in other places and stayed in many hotels and domes but non of them have ever spoken like this unethical attitude person . In many tourist spots or other urban areas there are some people who come to see just the person well being. And in that moment people like u judge in other way . I would suggest u guys to improve your communication and should know how to behave with women.

I'm not a robot or hired review writer, I'm purely a traveler. What the experiences I have had at Hotel Grand Regency, Pathankoth, Punjab, that I have written here. I had been to this property on 08.05.2024, with family - friends. The reception counter staff, Room Attendants all were very cooperative, courteous. Good location, rooms are well maintained. For middle and upper middle class people it is a very good and comfortable place to stay without any problem. I thank whole heartedly the staff of this hotel for their services, I certainly refer to others to use this place for their stay. And I'm very sure, I prefer to stay at the same property, if I travel again on this way. It's worth to give 4.7/5

Ideal location. Good service. Good behaviour of the staff and the owner. Nfc modes of payment available. Neat and clean. Situated in Dalhousie Road. Moderate expenditures. Boarding and lodging is fine. Jai Hind

We were here just for an overnight stay on our way back home. The rooms were good, the toilets were clean. The only issue that we faced was that their food services were not good. The tea and paratha were below average and cold.

This place is my all time favorite, it's easily locatable and parking is also available and staff is really very cooperative and helpful. Pathankot is a beautiful town and hotels like Grand makes it much more beautiful. I was very comfortable staying and relaxed my weekend here. Had memorable days.

Hotel is newly built, rooms are just ok in size, good thing is smart TVs, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube. Worst part is their service, expect minimum of 1 hour waiting when ordering for dinner in room.
